They have great templates and the ability to embed forms in our own website is very valuable to us. **What do you dislike about Typeform?** There are some features that I wish were there. Like the ability to stop users from moving to the next question without submitting without having to set up logic. If you unsubscribe from their marketing, you can't receive notifications for when someone has filled out your form. Clicking "change settings" in any of their promotional emails doesn't direct to an email settings page, it instead directs to your Typeform workspace. The actual email settings page has only 3 categories for communication (product tips, company news, and coupons), all of which involve marketing which I don't want or need. Typeform doesn't have as many question design or analysis settings as Qualtrics and its intro page for surveys is extremely design-restrictive. **What problems is Typeform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just trying to do some market and user research. **Official Response from Sally Merton:** > Hello! Its ability to connect to Google Sheets is very beneficial. The metrics it provides are helpful, just like it would when using Google Forms. The difference between this and Google forms is that it offers a more conversational flow to giving feedback, which is more inviting to the customer. **What do you dislike about Typeform?** The free account is really limiting for its number of questions. The monthly response limit of 1,000 seems to be somewhat too small. It's a shame that the options are too limited. It all comes down getting one of the paid plans. Each time, they find a way to force you to change. They even get to the point where you have the features in front of you, indistinguishable from the others, and then refuse to release the form until you downgrade the features you've been using - not knowing they're only available in the new rate plan... - or switch to the new rate system. Typeform is just deaf to these remarks. They clearly explain that it is normal that you pay more to get the same basic features. Even with a "professional" plan, they went so far as to block the use of simple backgrounds uploaded after the adoption of the new rates! The financial meanness towards historical users has reached its peak. That's why I'm considering switching providers.
