Not only does it allow me to create nice looking quizzes, the outgrow team has been really useful in helping me customise the calculator to my exact requirements with a quick turnaround time and has even gone above and beyond by giving me a few options. I needed a quiz which would provide a surprise result if the users wanted to be surprised and the outgrow team spent time and effort to really understand and analyse what I needed and provided me with a quiz that did just that! Creating different quiz z-format formats is very good at offering many customizable options to adapt to the needs of your customers and those of your company. The speed of the software to help you design and create an entire survey is impressive, it offers template options so you don't have to start from scratch and thus speed up your time being more productive by receiving more quality leads. There are not many things that this software does wrong, I am really pleased with how stable its functionalities, pricing packages, support and all the tools it brings to be one of the best marketing and lead generation software I have come to use. It should be noted that because Outgrow is a robust application a slightly long learning curve can be introduced so it is necessary to take some time to fully understand its operation in order to make the most of its functions. First the tool gets better every couple weeks, which is great. They have soo much functionality and power so that I can build real widgets / apps with payments and subscriptions incorporated into the flow. Number one recommendation is talk to the chat support team - many times I would use the tool and think that there was no way to run a recommendation or math formula the way I wanted and they would help! I like that the forms and lead generation are modern with images and nicely designed. The best part is that you can do a lot more than just basic lead generation and form building with Outgrow you can add PDFs and external APIs. Also love their updated analytics and reporting! Not much to say here as the tool is outstanding and has improved a lot over the years. Early on the main issue was that the tool didn't give flexibility to create a whole new design layout from scratch. This was a concern for us as our design team wanted to be able to fully build out their own design and branding / layout. They first added many layouts so we found a layout that was close and we were able to add our branding to it. Then they added the custom layout option where they can help add a more specific layout option as well. The one issue here is that the custom layout option is for the larger plans but I would say that with all their new layouts and the fact you can customize the branding of the layout you don't really need a custom layout anymore. The service provided by their team, especially Daphne Vaid is over the top. I'm a marketer. I'm not good with technology. I hate it when tech companies duck and hide from their customers. Outgrow is not one of them. They're fantastic. Daphne has hand walked me through setting up 2 quizzes now. She really cares about my success with Outgrow and goes over and above to make the process of setting up interactive content simple.
