Once you finally figure out how to use this unintuitive software, it works alright. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their support team is incompetent. I reached out to them for nearly a year straight, over and over with a problem that caused the software to constantly crashed - hundreds of times across multiple devices and browsers. Even after paying good money for this product, I couldn't get any helpful answers and they blamed a third-party dependency for the issue. There are so many ways you can use the functionality to grow your business or improve the user experience on your website. They have so many features that make any quiz look professional and fun. The staff are always ready to answer any and all questions and even create custom codes for special requests! Outgrow was able to help me create the quiz I wanted, which other companies couldn’t offer. I looked at many different quiz creator companies and Outgrow has the features I wanted and needed, that many others don’t have. The tool works well but the best thing is their chat support that have helped me out immensely at all hours. They are quick, friendly, and knowledgable. AND I feel like they go the extra mile - DAPHNE, THANK YOU - to help you out. I spent two days building a calculator that wasn't quite working right and Daphne fixed it for me.
