Its one of the best automation tool that does not require any coding knowledge, its simlpe record and play back tool so its very simple to learn and easy to automate anything.
It seamlessly integrates with various development tools and project management software, streamlining workflows and improving collaboration.

i love that you do not have to recreate an event to find a defect / bug - everything is recorded and easy to access so you can see right away what the user experienced.
we have used the system for more than testing, we created videos of how to use our new system - these have been converted into how to guides and have aided in writing test steps while we are still training ourselves. this is not the designated use of Orginal software but it it has been such an added bonus.
Ease of using the system - once you get going it is very intuitive and simple to use.
My customer success manager Mark Wheatly has been exceptional, he is very supportive, he listens to all my questions and comments and will come back to be with suggestions for how i can use the system better, becuase he has been thinking about what we are trying to do and has ideas to constantly improve our testing processes. he always has time, even when i've given him large problems to solve with no warning. he has also built my confidence when i've needed it. that assigning the tests is done via surname first - i know all the testers in my buisness by first name, i do not always know surnames. i have to go and look in teams to find their surname to assign the tests - i have raised this with my customer success manager. Specific applications need a specific option set is needed; creating these option sets can be difficult and time consuming. However, support is great and OS will help you creating these option sets.
Cloud applications can behave different after uodates, causing the automations to fail; so rework needs to be done.

OriginalSoftware offers a suite of products supporting both manual and automated regression testing. They are well suited for pre-go-live testing (by user and IT communities) as well as automated regression testing.
Overall their solutions allow software competencies center to offer a flexible "insurance policy" against software defects, both visible (because the software or the overall process breaks) or invisible on the surface but having deep down the line impacts.
Their solution was implemented in a matter of weeks, and the first protection consisting of a couple business scenarios was live within 6 weeks. This is mostly due to the ease of use of the tool. Within 2 years 200 scenarios were tested weekly, and the coverage still grows both in terms of scenarios and tested software platforms (SAP GUI, SAP S/4 Fiori, SalesForce, billing portal, customer portal...).
From a relationship front OriginalSoftware is considered as a true partner and is there by our side to tackle any new challenge at all levels, from the trenches thru their excellent customer support to the executive level with their partnership mindset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I personally perceive this as an advantage OriginalSoftware remains smaller that its direct competitors, which can be a hurddle for big organizations looking for big name partners. The software has been super useful and has helped us to cut down our user acceptance time by about half. It is pretty user friendly once you get the hang of it. The customer service is top notch. They are very involved in the intital setup to help ensure the software is configured in a way that makes sense for your own workflows. They also continue to follow up regurlarly to make sure the product is still working for you and are very responsive to any issues you may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
