What do you like best about Original Software?

Software is easy to use and issues in deployments are minimized.

Implementation can take some time; you need to get familiar with all possibilities

Customer support is great.

Software is used on a daily basis and supporting our needs; status of manual tests is very easy to follow.

Several key processes are tested automatically and running on pre defined schedules Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Original Software?

Specific applications need a specific option set is needed; creating these option sets can be difficult and time consuming. However, support is great and OS will help you creating these option sets.

Cloud applications can behave different after uodates, causing the automations to fail; so rework needs to be done.

When applying automations over Cloud applications with a lot of security layers, response can be slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
