Real time data, mutiple filter options that covers almost all need needs. Easy to implment new EDI trading partner or new document type. Fast trunaround time on cusotmer support.Orderful rule engine provide a good solution for converting both inbound and oubtoud data to utlize our golbal mapping in M3. Loading big size file is still the issue for me from time to time, of course it has been imporved a lot comaring couple years before, from not loading at all, UI frozn to take some time to get it loaded.
Updated relationship rule that also get applies on delivered message sometime caused confusing and misled the data search. Update rule or new rule should apply on pending or new message, but delivered message will also show the same rule result on UI. Of course if we can have rule audit truned on which UI admin user can have visiblity than we might not have issue with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to use REST API for EDI transactions makes EDI implementations almost like any other API integration. The Orderful web platform is well structured and presented and let us be very autonomous. Also their onboarding team is A1 and easy to reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The cost increase of Orderful was difficult to swallow. The new licensing is confusing and not easily referenced in the application. The application shows relationships based on partner account AND document type. It would be nice to have a screen that shows the number of partner accounts only so that it becomes easy to budget future billing. Training issue on my account? We can bring EDI customers into our system much faster with Orderful without relying on hours of work from their team. Their system truly does simplify connecitons into our ERP system.
