The Orderful interface is easy to use. EDI works well for us since moving to Orderful. Also I found working with the Orderful team and the fact that they work with us to keep costs down was a great motivator to stay with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost increase of Orderful was difficult to swallow. The new licensing is confusing and not easily referenced in the application. The application shows relationships based on partner account AND document type. It would be nice to have a screen that shows the number of partner accounts only so that it becomes easy to budget future billing. Training issue on my account?
