We went with TrueCommerce because their sales team went the extra mile to ensure their solution would work for us. They customized their demo to show that it would work for our business. The implementation team was very kind and understanding with our limited knowledge of EDI and patiently walked through the each aspect of how EDI works. Something was missed during the go-live process which was not noticed until after the post go-live period was over. The implementation took responsibility and was able to fix it quickly (rather then having to go through customer support). It's extremely helpful for sending our orders to vendors. It offers significant reliability by eliminating the need to input orders manually, which usually carries a higher risk of errors. Our EDI is quite user-friendly and integrates very well with our ERP system. Our recent implementation was also a positive experience. There are many online training options available. These are all clearly reviewed with the client at the beginning of the project. It would have been exteemely helpful if a more formal personalized training on the basics of the product would have be conducted. It would have saved us a lot of time on our side. The Foundry interface allows me to do everything related to EDI in one place, even the creation of labels

Their support staff is always immediately available and they are all very knowledgeable and resolve issues in a very short amount of time. No other EDI company that I've worked with offers live help and connect to my system to assist Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some limitations on the reports, example, I am unable to get an automatic daily report showing 846 inventory feeds per customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With TrueCommerce EDI connected to Business Central, I don’t have to re-enter orders or invoices anymore—everything just flows in and out automatically, which saves a lot of time and avoids typos. It also matches pricing and catches errors before they cause problems. I like that I can see the status of each document right in Business Central instead of logging into a separate system. Plus, it works with marketplaces like Amazon and connects with our 3PLs, so all of our orders, shipments, and invoices are in one place without extra manual steps. The shipping integration that requires Insight Works Dynamic Ship can be a bit limiting. You can’t run large system utilities while it’s active, so we have to schedule those jobs early in the morning before the shipping process starts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
