Very reliable product. Easy to use. Priced competively Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Siloed business processes at TC make every interaction that requires more than 1 TC resource slow and feels even slower. Response time when issues go to development are painfully slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about TrueComerce EDI is that they provide well documented documentations that help you with configuring settings. Instead of having to create new support tickets everytime, relying on the documentation has been a huge plus. Additionally, their support has been fantastic and hands down one of the better services I've experienced with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's hardly any downside with TrueCommerce, but one thing I would say is the response back for tickets. The response back may vary, but typically they respond within 24-48 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

True Commerce EDI is a solid and reliable product and I get outstanding technical support from a couple of their support techs, namely Scott Muller and Alicia Price. They both respond quickly and expertly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's really annoying that I can't move a document from production to test. If I have a production issue that needs to be recreated in test, I have to open a case to get the document moved. There have been times when it took over a day.
There seems to be a lot of turnover with the implementation specialists. Getting a new onboarding going takes entirely too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are not a big company but deal with big customers. True Commerce (Foundry) make it possible for us to work with the big guys who require EDI for transfer of information (orders, inventory, invoicing). Their support people are easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like a bit more mapping choices to flow from QuickBooks into Foundry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TrueCommerce is easy to use in practice. When we had a few hiccups, customer support is easy to reach and typically do their best to remedy the situation. The only reason I don't give 10 stars is because this is more suited for a smaller company and our company is beginning to outgrow the use of the program. But it has been wonderful for getting our UCC's connected to netsuite after our transition to that program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The hiccups we have, though customer service was promt to help, have not been solved entirely to this day. Slow import times and problems with transaction manager have required multiple people to imput a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TrueCommerce EDI fits the need for a number of companies that require EDI connections but not a full blown EDI architecture in-house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve is steep if you do not have a team familiar with EDI. Conections can be problematic when atempting to connect to native platforms, especially QuickBooks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Encouraged by the webinars. This company is about giving the customer the tools and resources to figure the problems out. When assistance is needed, they are available to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are learning about EDI. There are so many nuances to the EDI business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TruCommerce makes it easy for our company to receive and send orders to our retailers. Setting up new customers is easy and quick. Anytime I have had a question, it has been answered quickly and efficiently. I use TrueCommerce weekly with about 10 different retailers. I think it is a great platform and would reccommend it to any business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found anything I dislike yet. I haven't tried any other EDI platform, but I wouldn't want to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to use and understand from Inbox to outbox and importinng invoices or shipping details to our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like is it is very classic or basic I looking forward for them to upgrade that there could be an option to sent out the shipping and invoice automatically or automation instead of manually sending it manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Customer service is fast, accurate and never leaves you without an answer. They have absolutely never left me hanging. Even if it takes a few phone calls, or a live session Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is so much packed into Foundry, that it can be a little overwhelming at first. once you learn it, it's great. The guided tutorials are also a great resource Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
