Our PM and senior consultant are extremely helpful & responsive. Whether we are looking to onboard new customers, or potential new documents, our team consistently puts the right people in place to implement. The fulfillment tool itself is very easy to navigate and provides helpful reporting tools for performance and reconciliation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support chat response time could be better after 2pm PST. There is a distinct drop off in the afternoon hours, in not just the level of assistance, but the rapidity to which a query is replied. I would like to see an added archive feature for when we're searching for doc's older than 1 year. Although not very frequent, the occasional need does arise. Onboarding wasn't intuitive. It was assumed that I had to read the 60+ documentation and became an expert on how to perform test w/ engineer and the hours of availability was limited between 9AM - 12PM PST. Other softwares gave us 24 hour responses around the clock by providing us with different reps in different countries. This caused a really slow implementation.
The teamwork structure was confusing at first and I was mixing emails up.
The POChange template offered nothing for the users to identify what is being changed and it only supported SKU line changes, but sometimes we need to update ship windows.
For the record, the workers themselves are great and knowledgable, but the availability made this really difficult. Limiting it to 3 hours availability w/ a mix of our own meetings around that time gave me 1 hour window per day or sometimes I couldn't even respond and dragging out the yes/no questions to 2 day turnaround. Having a US rep to assist off hours would have made a huge difference. We heard from other companies that they were assigned a US rep so I'm not sure why we didn't get one. - Integration of SPS with our NetSuite & 3PLs drastically reduces manual work for multiple teams

- The lack of reporting capabilities, but our integration with NetSuite & 3PLs is helping in this area
- SPS doesn't store item level data, which often means duplicative conversion/mapping work has to occur at multiple other points of integration or offline/manually when not integrated
Integration specfic:
- The integration process was rough due to lack of scoping, business analysis, and proactive communication from SPS, leading to blockers and delays during testing
- SPS's lack of a basic intake form for key details (e.g., freight terms, 3PL requirements) caused inefficiencies; integration with a 3PL using their own SPS manager was much smoother

I like that the interface of SPS Commerce is very user friendly. I have navigated through other EDI platforms that aren't as user friendly.
I also appreciate having a team assigned to our company to help us navigate through our integration testing. Both the Project Managers & Account Managers that I have worked with have done a great job at following up with me on any issues that may arise and support our business needs. We are using SPS Commerce EDI Processing as well as the integration feature. One of our largest customers was moving to EDI processing. SPS Commerce was extremely helpful from the start. We did a zoom call and learned that not only could they handle the orders coming into SPS Commerce, but they could do an integration into our Quickbooks application and the order would post without any manual input. This has saved a considerable amount of time for the order processors and it posts with accuracy. We are now receivingsome payments early, or less than 30 days. The implementation was very easy and minimal IT help. The Customer Support people were great from implementation or order processing questions that came up. It is so easy to navigate through the system and find what you need. Easy to process invoices for payment, there has never been an issue with any invoices that we have processed through this system. Same goes for any orders we receive, they are easily accesible through the dashboard. Takes no longer than a couple of minutes to complete the tasks of processing, accepting or finding anything on here. Good job on creating such a helpful tool.

The only thing that we've noticed has changed is the thumbs down button, before it was a little more helpful to decline an order as this will notify the customers that the order was rejected and then they could make the necesarry changes before we accept them.
Nothing big, just that the frequency of use for this feature was helpfull. So a small issue, hopefully they bring this feature back.

The solution's ability to interface with various ERP systems allows customer POs to be received and processed directly within our ERP (NetSuite). Additionally, EDI responses can be generated directly from NetSuite and automatically sent to the respective customer. SPS Commerce offers fast and efficinet Customer Support! The package is lacking the option to generate and remit EDI documents automatically without any human interaction. Presently, a user has to manually select the butoons triggering the generation of 856 and 810 within their ERP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the fact that their reach is so vast and they are able to quickly make a connection to any customer we have come up. Making any new connections is always quick and easy to get set up. They are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that our team may have. We look forward to integrating with our MIS to make some processes even smoother. SPS Commerce Fulfillment Implementation team provides excellent customer service, which has enabled us to ease the pain previously felt when customers required us to integrate with them via EDI. We had some communication missteps when migrating from our legacy platform. My recommendation is that you provide specifics regarding any transition from a legacy platform, and expected timing of migration well in advance to avoid this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
