What do you like best about SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI?

I like how SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI makes it easy to get and process orders, which saves both time and cost for the business. I appreciate that it's all computer processing, so there's no need to contact one person to another in work. If I have a problem processing an order, I can get 24-hour help; the service is good. What do you like best about SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI?

Their web app is easy to use and has some nice features like being able to define fixed fields to speed up entry.

The support team is does respond to online chat although spotty is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI?

Implementation teams are slow at responding and are inaccurate as times. We have a retest for integration with one partner that has taken over two years, and we are still not done. This setup has been going on for over a year before I started this job. We are on the 4th time going through the testing scenarios because how long it has taken to test documents and how the docs were submitted. I believe we are past the window for testing again so we will probably need to redo all the scenarios again.

They have tried to raise prices on us twice in the past 7 months (about 10% both times). They try to get us to setup more partners to offset the cost and lower the price increase. The problem is who is going to wait to setup a partner?

They don't allow you to edit how the mapping works on the back end, so you are reliant on the implementation team for even small changes. It takes so long to get a response you can be put in a situation where your documents are failing until they get to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
