What do you like best about DataFox?

while using datafox I have found that it provides us a risk score based on the risk factor of the suppliers. It sends alerts when something important happens with a supplier, like a big company change or risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataFox?

I would say datafox works well for large scale businesss but when it comes down to small scale businesss its hard to understand the platform especially when it comes with a big price tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DataFox solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem it saves for me is it gives a risk score based on the type of the supplier i needed though there are not many customizations included that can result inaccuracies but overall it helped to seperate risky suppliers around 80%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love about Oracle Eloqua is how it takes the guesswork out of marketing, it feels like having a personal assistant that knows exactly who to reach and when, also the way it personalizes messages makes campaigns feel more genuine and less like mass marketing. And as a plus, the insights it provides help me see what’s working and what’s not, so I’m always improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

(Original )Information
What do you like best about Oracle Responsys?

DATA MODEL

Responsys offers a relational database structure, very useful to store all the information you need.

There are basically 3 categories of tables:

- the main Contacts List, where you tipically store static information about your users (email, name, country...)

- Profile Extension Tables (PETs), where you store additional information related to the aforementioned users, in a 1:1 relation. Tipically, you use them to store more dynamic information, like marketing preferences

- Supplemental Tables, where you can store information both in a 1:N relation with the Contact List, or even without any relation. The classic example is a catalog table, where you store all the data about your products

In Responsys, you can use the classic Filters or even SQL views, to extract data from these tables, for example to create a specific audience.

You can set up and schedule jobs to import/export data from/to the external FTP server provided to you when you activate a Responsys account.

CAMPAIGN CREATION

The campaign editor offers a great functionality called "dynamic content regions", that means you can create only one campaign, but personalize the content based on some list field (for example, 1 campaign with 10 languages, instead of having to create 10 different campaigns).

AUTOMATIONS

The automation (which are called Programs) editor is a very easy-to-use drag and drop canvas, with a large variety of switches, timers and conditions to be matched in order to proceed along one path or another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Responsys?

The integration process with the ecommerce is a bit tricky, and you will definitely need a skilled developer.

Moreover, if you have both an Oracle Responsys account and an Oracle Commerce Cloud ecommerce, you will need a third billable Oracle prodcut to integrate them and take advantage of the possibility to have all the orders/products data synced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Oracle Responsys:

The platform is an Oracle product, it is expensive and a bit tricky to learn in depth, but if you have a large amount of data available and want to make the best out of it, creating automations, personalized campaigns, and different user experiences, tailored for every contact you have, Responsys might be the right choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle Responsys solving and how is that benefiting you?

One problem we solved was the need to create N campaigns if you have to manage N possible values of a variable (the classic example is the user country/language), when using a different email marketing platform. With Responsys, instead, you can create one single campaign and personalize it dynamically.

Another benefit is the possibility to create very complex automations, with tons of different paths, that will lead to an extra revenue without doing almost anything, after the first setup, which will require the larger una-tantum effort, and obviously some maintenance to keep track of how the program is performing. Oracle Sales Analytics empowers sales teams to optimize performance with real-time insights, actionable data, and centralized pipeline management. Its customizable reports, mobile access, and continuous innovation make it a powerful sales optimization tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Analytics?

Oracle Sales Analytics is a powerful sales optimization tool, but it can be expensive and may require significant training to use effectively. Additionally, some users have reported that the interface can be overly complex and difficult to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle Sales Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Oracle Sales Analytics addresses several key problems that sales teams face today:

1. Lack of visibility into sales data:

Sales teams often lack a centralized view of their sales data, which makes it difficult to track progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Oracle Sales Analytics provides a centralized platform for storing and analyzing sales data, giving sales teams a holistic view of their performance.

2. Inefficient sales processes:

Sales teams often use manual processes to track and manage their sales pipelines, which can be inefficient and error-prone. Oracle Sales Analytics automates many of these processes, freeing up sales teams to focus on more strategic activities.

3. Difficulty identifying and prioritizing leads:

Sales teams often struggle to identify and prioritize the leads that are most likely to close. Oracle Sales Analytics uses lead scoring to help sales teams identify their best leads and focus their efforts accordingly.

4. Lack of real-time insights:

Sales teams often lack real-time insights into their sales performance, which can make it difficult to identify and address potential problems early on. Oracle Sales Analytics provides real-time insights into sales pipeline progress, win rates, and other key metrics.

5. Difficulty measuring and tracking sales performance:

Sales teams often have difficulty measuring and tracking their sales performance, which can make it difficult to set goals and measure progress. Oracle Sales Analytics provides a variety of reports and dashboards that help sales teams track their performance against key metrics.

Benefits of Oracle Sales Analytics

By addressing these problems, Oracle Sales Analytics can provide a number of benefits to sales teams, including:

Increased sales productivity

Improved sales pipeline management

Higher win rates
