Optimove is a top-notch marketing automation service that has far exceeded my expectations. The feature that has truly impressed me is its ability to provide a high level of personalization in our marketing campaigns. Thanks to the detailed analysis of the Customer Base, Optimove has allowed us to create highly specific segments and tailor our communications and promotions more effectively, significantly improving the overall effectiveness of our campaigns. Although I am truly satisfied with the service provided by Optimove, initially, coming from another marketing automation system, I found the interface a bit complex to use. However, the support team and CMS Ilaria (formerly Inés) have always been available. The customer support has been truly professional and efficient, and I am grateful to have a dedicated team that responds promptly to my questions and any technical support requests. CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) are extremely complicated pieces of software. Optimove has a long road of improvements behind it, over the 8 years I have been using it. One thing is simply being on the receiving end of the updates, but it is wholly another experience being actively involved in the feedback and evolution of the product! This is where Optimove has put a lot of effort in with their customer serive ans customer sucess managers - and really is unparalleled amongst the suites of software I'm using for my work. Proper CS care is expensive, and I am sad to see a lot of companies moving away from human communication in favor of chatbots and other nonsense, which merely are automated forms of FAQs (and that drives me nuts when you need real help from a real person in the know). The initial learning curve can be daunting, especially building your instance around your data, but Optimove's data team are really top guns here, so everything will be sorted! As with every huge cloud based software suite, there are downtimes and timeouts, but these most likely are external infrastructure issues and have always been promplty solved. Something that opimtove can improve on is the Customization Constraints it may have. While Optimove provides segmentation capabilities, it may have certain limitations on customization. It would be ideal if there where tailored made templates that we could use to send out. Ready made saved themed templates that one can use for different promotional offers.
