What do you like best about Optimove?

All you need to send meaningful CRM Campaigns in one tool (reporting, segmentation, overviews).

You can find everything you need in the Optimove Academy and video trainings available.

The Optimove Team is great and being able to have a dedicated CSM is a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimove?

It can get quite slow when a lot of campaigns are running.

Some sections could you a bit more flexibility in terms of date selection (e.g. customer explorer, so that you are not only able to check data on a 2-week snapshot, but for a particular date/time range) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Optimove solving and how is that benefiting you?

Optimove saves incredible amount of time in terms of analysis, from analyzing the data to analyzing campaign performance.

As CRM manager I Optimove was a crucial and essential tool in my daily basis work. The user experience was excellent.
