It does not show the list of Opted out players. Promo ID's not showing on Optimove or the target group is not reflecting the correct customer data. Additionally when sending mailing campaigns, Optimove does not give the option to send campaign to IBM / Silverpop using the query functionality and sending the campaigns on specific IP addresses. With Optimove you can automatically target different segments and prevent clients from migrating into the churn Lifecycle Stage. All your database is assigned to a specific segment based on personalized betting activity/pattern which greatly helps us target customers as accurately as possible. Like any tool, there is always room for improvement. I would like Optimove to have real-time data updates and the possibility to assign a different promotion code while using multiple templates. Moreover, having a roll-back functionality would be helpful in cases where things do not go as intended. you can easily setup all types of target groups. However complex it can be, you can achieve this easily through the optimove target groups. The lifecycle journey is another strong tool available. you can schedule multiple campaigns and save your time. Once your campaign is over, you can have great analysis to review how it performed and you get more insight of what you can achieve by testing further campaigns. We've not experienced any downsides other than making sure our team members understand the system and reporting.
