User-friendly software offering huge potential for sophisticated campaign automations. The core of the segmentation model is the Lifecycle segmentation which forms a solid base upon which more granular groups can be created using the various attributes available through the platform. Perfect for medium to larger organisations. Works seamlessly with a number of email and SMS providers. Excellent customer support and proactive assistance from the Account Managers. The Journey creator can be improved with the introduction of a lifelong control group, to allow the cross comparison between different journeys. Also, insights gained through Optibot's recommendations can be further improved to become more tailored to Gaming or Retail, depending in which industry the operator belongs to. Easy to use platform which puts me entirely in control of all of our marketing campaigns. As a small marketing team we have been able to effectively manage segmentation, execution, reporting and anaylsis.
Our AM is always hand to answer any questions, no matter how trivial! Optimove don't just sit back once you're onboarded and proactively reach out with suggestions and advice to help take us to the next level.

Optimove is a perfect tool for gambling companies. Why? Few factors:

Any integrations are effortless and well described, even these with your internal tools. You can adjust it to your needs, clients, or just for your comfort. New ideas are often implemented, Optimove team are doing their best to make their customers life easier and take in considerations customers need (it's not so popular unfortunatlly).
(CRM)
In the case of attributions, segmentations - well, anything is possible. It's a powerfull tool that gives a lot of possibilites and shows all data in really transparent way. Also they adjust whole platform for you customer model, what makes CRM work better. In my company Optimove become the hear of any work with client - marketing strategy are based on this tool capabilities.

To be honest - I've never been left without answer, even if questions was not so smart. Customer Service is really quick. Customer Success Managers are like you friend - guieding you through any new stuff (or old if you forget how to use it). Good advice, calls full of knowledge. No Real-Time clients data update is a flaw. Also, sometimes it takes a long time to implement some changes from Optimove side - their BI team is extremly busy I guess. Like with any other tools - bugs happend, mistakes happend.

Optimove is a great segmentation tool, which we use to plan, execute, measure and optimise our marketing activities. It uses a very clever algorithm of segmenting customers based on their behaviour, which allows us to send the right offer to the right group of customers, increasing the pick-up rate.
Optimove provides easy to read and transparent analytics, which allow us to check the performance of each campaign separately as well as compare target groups and and analyse customers' migration.

You can't delete an action if you have used it once. We end up having a huge list of actions which are no longer used, but take up the space.
It auto-archives unused target groups, however we often need to reuse them again, and it creates issues finding them in the archive folder and move them back to the active folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Optimove enables us to grow our retention and monetisation activities while allowing us to save on development costs. Before we adopted Optimove, our developers would need to configure promotions every time we wanted to run them, but now with Optimove and it's in-app inbox channel, we can configure templates once and easily rerun them with little more than a push of a button. Not only that, its Marketing Plan is incredibly useful to get an overview of all our activities and schedule new campaigns and its Target Group creation tool is the best I've ever used.

I like the setup for seeing the progress of channels, but maybe exporting data could be a little more automated/streamlined. A portion of the cycles could be made less difficult. The interface is additionally very cumbersome which is a genuine disgrace. It doesn't show the rundown of Opted out players. Promotion ID's not appearing on Optimove or the objective gathering isn't mirroring the right client information. Moreover, when sending mailing efforts, Optimove doesn't give the choice to send missions to IBM/Silverpop utilizing the question usefulness and sending the missions to explicit IP addresses. I like the flexibility their tools have. Everything is adjusted based on your needs, new ideas are welcomed, and Optimove's team is next to you every time you need any explanation or to discuss something.
