We are totally rethinking how we run campaigns and how we measure success. We have a new set of KPIs that make much more sense for our customer base and help us make more intelligent decisions in marketing and across the organization. Generally, I have only positive things to say. The tool takes some getting used to at first (locating certain reports etc.) but is mostly very user-friendly. I would like to be able to integrate more marketing channels more seamlessly, but we've had success with email, SMS and paid social. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Title says it. It's easy to use, explains the concept very well and makes a great tool for beginner and advanced Loyalty & Retention specialists. Also it is my go to place for quick database exports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's probably the complete CRM tool in the market if we analyze the whole package.
It's very versatile in terms of segmentation/targeting customization. It's easy to set up campaigns uni or multi-channel.
The tool offers dashboards with sufficient KPIs for instant performance tracking and campaign improvement suggestions with unquestionable reliability
It's an intuitive tool to use from basic to advanced level, with a lot of room to be creative due to the flexibility of criteria that can be integrated into the platform.
The support service is excellent, as they are very cooperative and keen on our feedback as users to improve Optimove and our experience.

The journey planner feature could be better optimized.
(allowing performing changes to it at any given time after implementation)
Reporting customization could be more flexible and less dependant on development/feature requests.

Optimove does a great job at providing the ability to do some deep analysis on customer behavior. We're able to turn the analysis into some fantastic insights and create thoughtful marketing plans to move the needle on business objectives. Overall, great CRM tool. It might go without saying, but all integrations aren't as seamless as they might appear at first. With many out of the box integrations, development work can take time and lots of QA. Not that this was an issue with Optimove, more so our expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The two most essential factors in my positive review are; The platform is constantly evolving, always changing to meet the needs of their customers. We make requests, and frequently those requests are completed within a matter of days. The second factor is the fantastic service I receive from every member of their staff I encounter. Our Customer Success Manager Dustin is personable, knowledgable, dependable, and responds to questions/concerns quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their platform is not gaming-specific, so some aspects are not a perfect fit for my industry. Also, due to its complexity, mastering the system and the various integrations is a constant learning process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Optimove for 4 years now for our CRM & Marketing, and it's going great!
What I like about Optimove is that it is easy to learn and very in-depth reporting everything we need is in there, and if it's not, they are always willing to help and find a solution.

I miss a pause button once a campaign is running, and if I would like to pause a cycle to update it or change something, it's a bit of work to get it sorted.

Our campaign tracking and reporting were extremely rudimentary or nonexistent, but it didn't take long to turn things around through Optimove. It is easy to use, easy to manage, and helpful for understanding your customer database and campaigns. Also, we love Optibot, where you can get insights into your marketing campaigns, generated by Artificial Intelligence!
