How flexible the tool is, it's very rarely that i need any information about our campaigns or their results where i need to use another system, Optimove holds the relevant info on both deliverability of campaigns and their profitability so straight after a campaign has finished its run we can head to the analytics page and see how the KPIs performed. Not able to lock optimail templates to be uneditable, it's too easy for coordinators to accidentally save and overwrite "master templates". Wish there was a way to update existing templates when we make changes to the "master templates". When we have to do major updates such as changing the license number in the footer we need to manually update each campaign that uses that template, would be sweet if Optimove could do the changes to the affected area also in old templates built from the same "Master templates". The only thing I would like to improve is that there is no option to open a new window. Sometimes you need to work with several windows and in this case you have to open a new browser, you can't do it with one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
