I really like the UI/UX i find it extremely easy as well if there's something that isn't clear the academy and the individuals from Optimove that help are amazing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimove?

Nothing i can specifically think of because the willingness to take comments and change and adjust the platform accordingly is ALWAYS accepted and encouraged by Optimove Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Optimove?

It's so easy to pull lists & it's always done fast and in a timely manner. Never had any issues with checking stats or downloads compared with other backends that I've used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimove?

The downside is it takes a long to sync for the day, and there are files missing very often. While the issue does get fixed, it'd be nice if this could be fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Optimove solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can easily check how well our promotions are working and how effective each campaign are. I am more productive since I can get the information I need fast. Business performance has increased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accountability, insightful data, easy usage, visual representation of data, easy to understand features, clearly defined certification programme to ensure yearly knowledge review (and supporting documentation in Optimove Academy) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimove?

I don't see downsides per se, having said that I am not an in-depth user. From what I hear from Optimove users, generically speaking users are happy with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
