What do you like best about OneSignal?

We started to use OneSignal as a low cost alternative for sending push notifications, at the beggining it was really simple tool with no fancy features. With the pass ot time we have seen how each new feature improves the whole experience. To say some of them push notifications are highly customizable, new in message app has a bigger impact and deep segmentation options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSignal?

so far at this momento I dislike the limited testing options for send test messages and that I haven't seen an easy plugin to integrate with platforms as unbounce or instapage (we currently have implemented in Android & Iphone) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OneSignal solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's our main push notification tool for our app. That is a Commute Bus app in Mexico City, we already have 136.000 registered users, 33,000 active users and 8,000 engaged users. One Signal has been helping us a lot to keep engaged this users and to reduce our chunr rate a 20%. Users are grateful as they feel we are care of them by having constant communiction. What do you like best about OneSignal?

OneSignal has definitely helped my business gain some loyal and genuine users! OneSignal easily integrated with our wordpress website and provided a seamless experience to the users without disrupting user interface. What do you dislike about OneSignal?

One thing that I disliked or will suggest is there should be a bit more customization option to the push notifications service such as: being able to change the color of the buttons and the background will really help attracting users to allow notifications. What problems is OneSignal solving and how is that benefiting you?

OneSignal helped me solve the user retention problems as we mainly get traffic from organic search and retaining users was tough! But integrating the push notifications with my website allowed users to subscribe to the notifications and now the users get notified about our articles whenever we post increasing our user base as well as brand reputation and trust. What do you like best about OneSignal?

It has been relatively easily to set up, I worked with my Tech Director to do it. After that he helped me to create the segments we needed (medium effort I would say). After this initial setup was completed, it is very very easy to create and send a campaign (once I have the copy, it's literally 5 minutes). I use only push notifications, because I use email in another platform that offers chatbot and I prefer it to keep this way for the moment. OneSignal push notifications have been very very helpful from the begining, we saw increased returning customers and better conversion. I use it at least one a week since approximately 2 months ago. What do you dislike about OneSignal?

For the moment is working fine for the use I am giving it. I would like to find more opportunitites in the platform once we become more experienced and we have more learnings. I am not sure there is a gradual complexity available in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneSignal?

This tool is very user-friendly and offers great customizatin options and it's so easy-to-use to push notifications to your users on your website or on your mobile app. i used it on different websited and it was so solid experince. i enjoied every time i sent messages to my users. the push-notification feature is realy useful for websites with high traffic or many users/sessions. What do you dislike about OneSignal?

I don't think there is something i dislike about this powerful tool! for now i use it for free and yet i didn't see any issue but i hope in future it doesn't get very very restreicted-features for free users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i used to use it on my university student-guider website and it is so powerful to bring your users back to your website by notifying them about news and updates. before i know that product i didn't know how to get in touch with my users like in real-time! it's a life save not just a software. What do you like best about OneSignal?

Being able to manage from a single platform the sending of notifications to our users regardless of the device or browser from which they connect, as well as the ability to see the interaction they have had with the information we send.

With a base of more than 80,000 users where each one connects from multiple devices (of different operating systems and versions), it is difficult to manage the notifications sent from different service providers, and that is where One Signal facilitates our work, being the point where our entire notification scheme converges, allowing us to quickly monitor the communication we have with each user and connect new channels as required according to the growth of our application. What do you like best about OneSignal?

I've been using OneSignal for a while now and it's reliability has never ceased to amaze me. Be it a 1000 user app or an app having 100,000 users, all of them would receive the messages you send reliably and instantaneously. What do you dislike about OneSignal?

OneSignal should reconsider their choice of being limited to Push Notifications entirely. The have a robust SMS sending API and can enter the realm of User Authentication through SMS or WhatsApp based OTP delivery.

Also, the pricing should be country specific along with the considerations of using local payment modes like we have UPI here in India as a prominent and easy to use payment solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Due to reliable push notifications offered by OneSignal, we can easily deliver engaging notifications to users that in turn increases our retention rate.

What do you like best about OneSignal?

OneSignal has been the first choice for our organization when it comes to Mobile Push. Their Push Notification service has proven to be effective for our organization. What do you dislike about OneSignal?

The slight instability issues (ANR and Crashes) with the newer sdk and increased app size has been something that needs improvement. Also, OneSignal should work on developing an official app for Android and IOS that allows users to send and schedule messages for apps right from their mobile phones. OneSignal has eliminated all the hassles and inconveniences we previously had while delivering notifications to our users. The transition has been breeze. The implementation was so easy, the process of sending notification just takes a few.

there are many features i have listed that can be particularly beneficial for my company THE AVIATION & Aeroguruji. Here are some key advantages:

1) i am using One signal push notification for my users, it helps us to keep users joined by instant updates and quick notification.

2) it also provide us an analytics to check how much peoples joined our channel. it also help to drive more traffice for website and more social media platform.

There is a suggestion to improvise if possible, Auto Integration like Crashlytics may improve the error-less integration process and can save time for developers.

We implemented OneSignal into our platform in under 3 hours start to finish. Their customer support has been responsive and comprehensive whenever we have reached out to the team. What do you dislike about OneSignal?

I find the pricing and feature structure confusing. Lack of access to a per user notification history without an elevated plan is disappointing, especially for debugging uses however we may consider a future upgrade as this would be incredibly helpful.
