As s mentioned in the title above. The one great thing I love is the UI. I mean you even have instructional videos to guide you..I never new how to create my channel then the group, thanks to the video tutorial I watched. onesignal so far is the best. Speed, Great interface, easy access , no downtime. I asked the person that referred me. He said too he hasn't experience a failed message before. That's crazy.

OneSignal has definitely helped my business gain some loyal and genuine users! OneSignal easily integrated with our wordpress website and provided a seamless experience to the users without disrupting user interface. One thing that I disliked or will suggest is there should be a bit more customization option to the push notifications service such as: being able to change the color of the buttons and the background will really help attracting users to allow notifications. It has been relatively easily to set up, I worked with my Tech Director to do it. After that he helped me to create the segments we needed (medium effort I would say). After this initial setup was completed, it is very very easy to create and send a campaign (once I have the copy, it's literally 5 minutes). I use only push notifications, because I use email in another platform that offers chatbot and I prefer it to keep this way for the moment. OneSignal push notifications have been very very helpful from the begining, we saw increased returning customers and better conversion. I use it at least one a week since approximately 2 months ago. This tool is very user-friendly and offers great customizatin options and it's so easy-to-use to push notifications to your users on your website or on your mobile app. i used it on different websited and it was so solid experince. i enjoied every time i sent messages to my users. the push-notification feature is realy useful for websites with high traffic or many users/sessions. OneSignal should reconsider their choice of being limited to Push Notifications entirely. The have a robust SMS sending API and can enter the realm of User Authentication through SMS or WhatsApp based OTP delivery.

Why i mentioned accuracy and speed is that if they is an issue with your push or email just know that the fault is from you. When using this onesignal i set a schedule message and i missed the time and set ahead instead i told the person that referred me and he said i should check my settings well instead of blaming onesignal , then i figured out that i made a mistake in the time schedule. The slight instability issues (ANR and Crashes) with the newer sdk and increased app size has been something that needs improvement.
