Needed help the first day & their customer service was AMAZING. She was patient and knowledgable, walked me through what I needed to do in order to end my emails. Explained why too!
Love all the presets & even their YouTube channel has been very helpful. I am a visual learner so videos are my preferred way to learn new things.
It integrated seamlessly with my Shopify store as well.

The ease of linking products from our site. It is super simple to add products and choose the photo of the item you wish to display. This makes creating newsletters for our a quick process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was an issue once in the past when domain authentication was required. I was confused so I emailed customer support in hopes that I would be able to speak with someone on the phone who could walk me through the process. Unfortunately that wasn't an option. I think that making calls available for users would improve the customer support aspect of Omnisend.
Another issue is on some mobile devices the newsletter format looks different than it does on a computer. The format is sometimes changed and that could potentially cause fewer sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They cancelled my account for something not in their terms and that's legal to do in the United States. No warning or anything. I tried appealing their decision multiple times and was shut down. This never happened with the more expensive option Klaviyo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
