We recently signed up with the Nuacom softphone app, and the entire experience has been smooth and professional. From the start, Anthony Tierney was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions with clarity and patience. He ensured we fully understood the service and its benefits, making the onboarding process seamless.
After signing up, Heather Cunningham assisted us with a support call to set up our account, and she was equally supportive. She guided us through the setup step by step, addressing any concerns promptly and making the process much easier for us. Her professionalism and knowledge were greatly appreciated.
Both Anthony and Heather provided quick and efficient support, and their friendly, approachable manner made all the difference. So far, I have no dislikes about NUACOM. The onboarding process was straightforward, the support team has been incredibly helpful, and the app is intuitive and easy to use. The admin screen - we are able to review calls and customise this to our own needs which will massivley help us with our reports. The wallboard feature is great addition to the service provided by NUACOM. Being able to see a live dashboard of agents and incoming calls is a great feature to have.
The SoftPhone has the option to be made unavaliable for inbound calls.
The feature on the softphone will really help us improve the way we handle calls.

The only thing which would be a good edition to the NUACOM phone system would be to have other options on the softphone.
Example, have an option for "Lunch" so on the dashboard, this is reflected.
Also, when avaliable, the user shows as green. But busy shows as offline (in its own way) when busy is selected. it could be shown as red to show that the application is open, but they are anavliable to take calls.

The user interface for configuring the system isn't the most straightforward. It could do with a cleaner model which either allows you to manage the call flow using a visual flow chart-type layout, or at least provides a visual of the call flow separately, even if you have to use the different sections of the settings menus to put your configuration together. This would make life easier - not just for the user, but for the Nuacom support when you are trying to explain to them what you need. We weren't setup correctly, and when we tried to have this corrected (with the Nuacom supports help), our call flows just became more and more complicated, when the answer was actually quite easy and it needed to be simplified, rather than made more complex. This could have been fixed quicker (probably without Nuacoms help) with a more visual diagram of how the system is working. Keeping in mind that more than one person from a company may need to deal with a call flow issue at any point and it may not be the person who has put it all together (i.e. not me) and unless you are really familiair with the setup, it's not going to be clear to the layman.
I also don't see why you need to put a 5 second minimum limit on voicemail's, before they can be emailed to us. We want the voicemails to be sent to us regardless of if they are only a few seconds long, which they can very possibly be. Not sending them because of this time limit could lead to things being missed. Maybe we could decide for ourselves if we want to set a minimum seconds limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the interests of transparency, our company (and myself) are new users of the system - we signed up after it came highly recommended from one of our business contacts. We recently switched our telephone system to Nuacom. From the beginning, their customer support has been excellent. They guided us through the entire setup process with clear, timely communication, making the transition seamless and stress-free.
With help and guidance from Nuacom's Sarah with the application process and Vaibhav from the onboarding team we were able to get everything up and running quickly. The interface is intuitive which has made managing calls much easier for our small team. It has many useful features that we are sure will improve our day-to-day operations, from call forwarding to voicemail management. I am a new business customer to NUACOM.
I have found NUACOM's products to be well thought through.
NUACOM is well resourced, their cloud tech is functionally rich and the assistance I received to get my business onboarded to their cloud VOIP system was excellent.
Of the VOIP providers I have had experianced, I have no hesitation in recommending NUACOM to enterprise organisations, corporates and small businesses alike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
NUACOM's product pricing is a little higher that its competitors BUT having taken the journey to commit to NUACOM corporate VOIP, I understand why. Comparing NUACOM to its perceived competitors is like comparing apples with oranges. Customer support, onboarding assistance and functionally rich technology far exceed others I have reviewed. After moving around the VOIP & telephone market for a number of years it's great to come back to Nuacom.
The team are amazing, support is right there with you and training is readily available.
The Portal is clean, clear and intuative; everything is where I expect it to be, and it all works.
The set up and implementation is straightforward and fast.

Take the time to get flat on your requirements; understand what is required and be clear that you have the right package for you. I signed up without adequate facilities for calling mobile phones.
