Notion is like a wiki for business. We use it for managing tasks, sharing notes, team HR databases,... I love it, it's so quick to get up and running, and much easier to link and find documents then google docs. I use it for OKRs, 1on1s, budget tracking, ... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
some things are quickly, like creating subpages via / vs @ command, and search is TERRIBLE (when pages are deeply buried or within a database/table. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like the most is the flexibility and the countless organizational possibilities that Notion's layout allows, in addition to the integration with other software like Drive.
I’ve used it before for personal organization, and nowadays I use it with my work team. I feel like I’m making much better use of the tools now that more people are using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could be a bit more intuitive in some areas, and the AI could have the option to integrate information with other pages in the workspace.
We’re still figuring out the easiest ways to use some features and how to automate our team organization more and more. It could perhaps be easier, but it’s still working well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Notion is the most user friendly resource platform that I've utilized, and implementing it was a breeze even for new hires! As a customer support representative who needs to find something quickly and uses it often, I can't say there's any better platform that I've used!
The number of features that Notion offers and the ease & flexibility that it offers is absolutely unmatched! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing - even Notion's Customer Support Team is top tier, quick to respond, and total rays of sunshine with any question! 🙌 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Is extremely versatile, you can use like a normal word document but bringing the power to add anything you want in the way you want, from a simple link to an entire DB. Can link or add many pages inside your workspace as you need and threat it like a webpage. Notion comes with a lot of features like tables, checklists, Databases, IA, beautiful templates and many many more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can be harder to use and you really don't know how to handle the big things allowed inside Notion to make your project marvelous Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Knowledge Management would be the word for my usage of Notion on my current job: I like the simplicity of things, also how I can find a lot of resources in the internet and in the app "FAQ" to help me when in doubt. It's great to be able to personalize things without being too complicated, also how it integrates with different systems and apllications. I really didn't experienced any bugs too. I'm not sure regarding implementations or customer support for i didn't use it or helped my organization with any of those topics until now. I use it frequently now and not only for work, but also my personal account. Notion AI is also very helpful in may day to day tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I guess the mobile/browser version is not very good to surf - when using from my Iphone i encounter some bugs, specially in the browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Notion is that it is an all-in-one workspace that excels with its intuitive interface, versatility and powerful database functions. Its user-friendly interface allows you to navigate and customize the platform according to your needs. It's amazing to share information with my colleagues and personalize it.
In addition, it has a wide range of templates and customization options, making it adaptable for different use cases. In terms of collaboration and work sharing, Notion facilitates information exchange by allowing team members to share pages, databases and documents. It also offers real-time editing and commenting capabilities, which facilitates teamwork and project progress.
At my company, we use it to share the job catalogs, benefits, office policies, etc. Is our primary tool to share information along the company.
Finally, Notion's database capabilities enable users to create relational databases, allowing them to effectively manage and organize complex information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although it is very intuitive, it can have a somewhat high learning curve, especially for users who are new to the platform. In my case, I had to use some YouTube tutorials to be able to use it smoothly.
When someone is a new user, we need to spend some time explaining basic usage information, because is not intuitive at first. When you are a more experienced user I think is an amazing tool.
In addition, you may experience performance issues with large databases or complex pages, resulting in slow load times and occasional delays.
Its offline capabilities are also limited, which can make it difficult to work without a reliable Internet connection. The mobile version of Notion is useful but is missing certain features and may be less intuitive. In addition, for larger teams or companies, Notion's advanced features come at a cost, which can be expensive for startups or small businesses.
In addition, Notion's data export options are limited, which can be a drawback for those who need to back up or transfer their information to other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use it daily and feel so lost when I'm thinking up new projects and can't unwrap the whole idea in Notion. It's an absolute gamechanger in how I work and function. It takes a little bit time to set up, but when is running it works perfectly for you daily life. Maybe could have more free templates or give you more options to edit text and graphics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
