With a business account, if you invite someone for a short collaboration, Notion will automatically add that person to your plan without any warning or pre-approval process. When I informed Notion that this was only a short collaboration and that I did not intend to add them to my plan, they refused to refund the additional $3,800 charge because it was past their “three-day grace period.” I do not recommend Notion’s service for any SME. You really have to be extremely careful when using their product, or you may end up with a ridiculous annual bill that cannot be refunded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
