I like the connections between the databases, the new button features, the possibility to create a template my way and the possibility to share it easily with others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In general I like it, I believe that some integrations like the gmail calendar are important to have native, recurring tasks without the need to use integrators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's well integrated into notion, I love that it has the capability to build charts, lists and format within the paramters of Notion's capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a tendency to default to US english. It's easy to bypass but it's drustrating to have to ask at the end of every promopt 'Use UK English'.
There is no obvious way to ensure AI assitance was used, I'd love to see a feature that watermarked where AI was used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s very flexible to organize my projects with Notion. With the drag and drop interface you can easily build custom dashboards, track your tasks, or link websites. I like best how it hook up with Slack and Google Calendar and you can organize anything related to work. It’s so customizable you can almost have a workspace for both personal and business use. By having everything in one place I do not need to switch between apps all the time but rather have it streamline my day to day workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only problem with the offline mode in Notion is that it doesn’t work too well, and it has an issue that when my internet is not too stable. It has only delayed me when I needed those notes during a meeting. The search functionality is an another drawback as it fails trace older files. The features are also complicated with sailing, so it makes onboarding slower for new team members, which in turn gets in the way of efficiency with workflow. Notion has become an indispensable tool in my day-to-day work life. I love how it keeps everything organized and accessible in one place, allowing me to track my tasks, notes, and projects efficiently. The flexibility to customize pages and databases to suit my needs makes it easy to stay on top of my work. Whether I'm managing deadlines, taking quick notes, or planning larger projects, I can always check Notion to see where I stand and what needs my attention. It’s a go-to tool for keeping everything in order, and I feel more productive knowing that I have everything I need right at my fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the flip side, Notion isn't the most beginner-friendly app, especially for those just starting out with productivity tools. The steep learning curve can be intimidating, as there are so many features and customization options that it’s easy to get overwhelmed. For someone new to organizing their workflow or managing tasks digitally, it can feel like there’s too much going on at once. Setting up basic structures, such as databases or linked pages, can be confusing without prior experience, which may turn off people who just want something simple to use from the get-go. The app can sometimes feel sluggish, especially with larger databases or complex pages that include lots of images and content. The performance can be an issue, particularly on mobile devices, where loading times and navigation can feel slower than ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Notion to manage all the activities of my business, and it has become an essential tool. Whether for tracking ongoing invoices, managing tasks (to-do), or overseeing ongoing projects, Notion allows me to have a clear and organized overview. Its flexibility to create tables, calendars, and customized databases is a major asset.
Another aspect I appreciate is the ability to adapt the tool to my specific needs without being limited by rigid formats. The interface is intuitive, and it is easy to integrate different types of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free version limits certain features, but it is not insurmountable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
