I think if you are looking for a simple notes app notion is not the go-to choice for every individual. When you install the mobile app, it requires signin, then after that you enter Getting started on Mobile Private page and You have no clue that you are not on the homescreen and then when you press back you realize you were inside a page and now you are on homescreen of the app. I think as a first time user homescreen should open directly, allow users to navigate your app and be familiar rather than asking for signin immediately just incase he installed the app to take simple notes. I love the style of notion, I love the features notion gives me, for example, to do lists. It allows to insert pictures, videos and documents and I especially like the AI feature which helps me summarise my notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to organize my tasks, assests, and notes all in one easily navigable place. I like the look and the UI. And I like the organice community that has arose around it. Access to so many cool templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integrations are still a challenge. Formulas for databases are often producing unexpected results that requires some creative work arounds. Though there are many different types of templates, there actually isn't much flexibility within templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the toggle lists and how it keeps everything organized in my life. I use it daily for my classes and to do lists. I also love that I can use it on my phone, and laptop with it being available offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that there should be an option to search the notes that include toggled lists instead of always having to show them. I love the AI too, but I think that there should be a settings box to ask the AI to always put notes in bullet points. Another issue is that sometimes I ask it to summarize a section/bullet point a list, and it defaults to the entire page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
