Its ease of use, and large amount of modern features. Tasks that used to take us hours (or sometimes days) to figure out in Automate can now be done in minutes. I have also found the Dojo extremely useful when troubleshooting new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are very few downsides to using NinjaOne in comparison to Connectwise Automate. Automate did have a few extra features with its Screenconnect app that Quickconnect is missing, but NinjaOne is closing that gap with every new update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use NinjaOne daily to manage and monitor dozens of company desktops and laptops. The software is user-friendly, allowing for quick deployment and straightforward installation of the monitoring agent. Once set up, I can easily oversee our systems remotely thanks to its detailed reporting capabilities that provide insights into system health, status, and utilization. The integration with Team Viewer simplifies the remote troubleshooting process significantly. Each morning, my routine starts with logging into NinjaOne's clean and intuitive web interface, giving me the immediate confidence that all of our devices are current with the latest software and OS updates and are fully secure. Additionally, our account manager has been extremely proactive, consistently reaching out to offer support and ensure we have all the information we need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While NinjaOne was more expensive compared to other RMM solutions our team evaluated, the professionalism and value it provides absolutely justifies the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The amount of information that was not easily obtainable is now right at my fingertips. NinjaOne made this possible and I love it. Their UI is so easy to use and appreciate the support they've provided in times of need. It was easy to setup and we use it all the time. There are so many things you can do with NinjaOne and seems to integrate with our software with ease. Since we've been using their product for a while now, I don't forsee ever not having their service. Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, nothing at this time. We have really appreciated their solution. They are always so responsive and quick to answer questions when I need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Aunque es una plataforma potente, algunas funciones avanzadas pueden requerir configuraciones adicionales o no estar tan personalizadas para ciertos entornos específicos. Además, el coste puede ser un factor a considerar para empresas más pequeñas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NinjaOne RMM is robust in feature set, but also simple to use. Ninja can deploy, monitor, and manage just about anything you can think of. If it is in the realm of powershell, NInja can handle it. Ninja is very easy to implement. Even out of the box, there are many great monitoring conditions. Software deployment is a breeze, and can be automated in the easy to configure policies. Integrating it in to common apps, such as Autotask, is very easy. Customer support is very responsive, and is great with updates. I have not had many issues that needed support, but they were always there with me from start to end. I use this program daily, and complete most of my day to day work from it.
Update 5/15/2024
Continuing with the theme of simplicity, Ninja has added context-based help. This allows you to get help from a button in the corner of the screen that automatically. THis makes it easy to learn a new pane, or get a quick refresher on a tool you have not used for some time. Definitley a great addition.
Update 2/13/2025
The product continue to see many new script templats and condition improvements. Recent additions include compound conditions, which allow the running of multiple scripts in specific orders, following specific conditions. Imporvements to patching now allow you to monitor last patch install drom a prebuilt condition.
Improvment to WYSIWIG cutom fields llows robust use of HTML to visualized data pulled from a script.
Reporting has improve significantly, no utilizing live-reports with scheduled exports.
Ninja continues to be a prefferred vendor in terms of optation, listening to voices, and implementing services that are wanted and useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were more reports, and that you could pull data from a PC with a script, and dump it into a report. Other than that, the platform is solid.
Edit: While there is not a baked in system, I have started using a custom field to grab the data that I want, then use device search to export a CSV report with said data. I would still like something more purpose-built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Gives small IT staff tools for growth. As a growing company, this has allowed our IT staff to manage the ever increasing number of devices, remote and onsite workstations and it provides a ticketing system that is far superior to our prior email setup. We have instant insight into users PCs, reporting that provides trends to the issues and simple RMM tools that get the job done. Onboarding and customer service was great with unlimited number of calls to make sure everything is working properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting users onboarded and cpu's linked. While there are a lot of different tools to get user devices linked up, there is a small reliance on end users taking a few steps. Not really a knock on NinjaOne, but just the varied environment in our office IT configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about NinjaOne is that the tool is so effective with what it sets out to do and has such a supportive staff that is dedicated to improvement. I am not even bothered when NinjaOne is not exactly how I would like it because I know, more then likely, they are either already working on a solution to what I am missing or will listen to what I need and take it seriously everytime. The service is realitively new and does not have everything under the sun. But, for what it currently is, it is still more then enough for getting the job and getting it done well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NinjaOne stands out for its simplicity and efficiency in IT management, offering a unified endpoint management platform with a single-pane-of-glass view for monitoring and control. Its powerful automation and scripting capabilities streamline patching, software deployment, and custom tasks, saving time and effort. Built-in remote access eliminates the need for third-party tools like TeamViewer, reducing costs and complexity. The platform is lightweight, fast to deploy, and integrates well with security solutions like SentinelOne, making it ideal for endpoint protection strategies. Additionally, its intuitive UI and robust reporting provide valuable insights without overwhelming users. Given your focus on consolidating tools, NinjaOne’s ability to replace multiple overlapping solutions while maintaining a streamlined approach is a major advantage. It is very easy to deploy. The support team is always on the ball and quick to resolve any issues. Once you start using NinjaOne you won't be able to get by without it on a daily basis. NinjaOne can improve on its reporting functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ninja continues to offer a solid package of features in a cost effective package, and they continue to grow the product.
Recent additions of their Vulnerability App (Beta) that tie into your current Vulnerability Scanner (Crowdstrike, Qualys, etc) add great visibility to your end points.
OS and 3rd party patching are getting better and Ninja is commited to making it as easy as possible. There will never be a 100% effectiveness rate due to all the different ways software is installed, but Ninja does the most good, for the most amount of software I've ever worked with. Can there be improvements made? Absolutely. Does Ninja give honest transparency on their roadmap about how they are doing just that? They do!
Deployment of scripts and software is a breeze with just a small learning curve. I appreciate that they have an advanced delivery system if you need to add pre- and post- deployment scripts to an installer. Commands, changes, and adjustment are made almost instantly and to date there haven't been any outages that have crippled any functionalities.
Being able to leverage NinjaOne along side my EDR so that I have the peace of mind that if somehow the EDR doesn't get installed by Intune, NinjaOne will put it on there for me - I appreciate that.
Endpoint details are easy to obtain and keeping our endpoints organized helps.
-I do wish they had Retention Policies to help with VDI deduplication, but for a mid-size company like us it's not a huge issue. If you are managing thousands of endpoints, you'll probably need to engage someone fluent in API calls to work out a way to kill off old/stale machines.
The platform is intuitive and doesn't take long for new techs to get a grip on it, even the greenest one. Just be sure to use the easily modifiable permissions in the Admin portal to limit newer techs from certain areas if you see fit, but it is nice having that flexibility.
Very well laid out Web GUI that isn't over done or hard to navigate, but also looks modern (unlike Connectwise's windows 98eqse look).
Support is very reponsive and are happy to help jump on a call with you (preferred over email) if need be to go over issues. Support regularly follows up, and they are transparent and do not feed you a bunch of canned answers. If it looks or is a glitch/bug/misbehavior, they'll own it, and keep with you until they get it resolved.
Agent is light weight and rarely if ever fails to install with MSFT Intune. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the moment getting any sort of detailed info as to why a patch or application failed is lacking. Sometimes you get an actual reason, other times you just get a "failed" and have to get with support on as to why. There is a new AI beta feature to help with this, but until it's in production and proves its worth, I'm reserving judgement.
Would like to see some added UI improvements to the software deployment areas, they have a bunch pre-built into Ninja that can be deployed but no way to easily customize who gets what. All or nothing.
Inability to apply more than one policy can be a pain when it comes to wanting to stage updates or if you do not have your machines broke up into "organizations" that would allow you to stage updates. You can get creative to get aroun this but an easy fix would be to allow multi-policy application.
The installer file and link "die" after an amount of time, so if you're using any sort of deployment method like Intune, you have to constantly update that link or file or risk a bunch of machines getting deployed without it. If they were smart they would offer an EXE that responds to a Tenant ID and Organization ID you can put into the deployment that never breaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The remote access and control features. The screen sharing is very reliable via Team Viewer, and the remote tools like remote CMD/PowerShell, remote file brower, and remote Task Manager are very very helpful in various tasks to reduce time spent addressing common issues. We use these tools every day. The ability to run scripts on specific or all computers on the network is amazing, and pushing software installs and keeping software inventory is extremely helpfull as well. Installing Ninja is super simple as well, you generate an install file for a specific location, and run it on the computers in the location, and it takes care of installing screensharing, virus software, anything else you need along with it. It takes only a few minutes to install. It works well with everything we already use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ticketing system is far below the quality we expect. Moving from SpiceWorks, the Ninja ticketing system is a big downgrade. It doesn't even allow searching for keywords in tickets, only keywords in the title of tickets. Customer support has been lackluster as well. A simple issue we reported and documented how it occurs and where to find it, took months to be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
