NewRelic almost always has the information I need to debug issues that are going on. Error reports are good, with the details that I need to debug, and data shows up without any delay from when the event occurs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UI is kind of clunky and clicking on anything results in spinners and waiting. When trying to find details of things you're made to click around looking for traces and related DB queries, which the UI makes annoying, and the constant loading spinners make it painful when guessing wrong in the UI.
