The auto-refresh functionality is excellent for keeping a window or tab open and not worrying that I'm missing something.

The UI can feel clunky at times, often requiring clicking through multiple menus to take a single action.

Making changes to templates does not apply the settings to all the devices immediately and sometimes requires manual intervention to get the new checks to appear on devices.

Love the team there. You can tell they want to help you and make it a priority to do so. They have integrations and features other vendors don't and are more than happy to help you set up new ones. Their phone app needs some polishing and always disconnects me requiring me to have to reconnect it using my computer. It would also be nice to be able to do "everything" from your phone and not be limited by only the features offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
