I really appreciate how simple it is to send out marketing emails and create pop-ups for my homepage. Uploading my user contacts and segmenting them based on my campaign targets is very straightforward. I can track all my revenue and viewers, and analyze all the data from one platform, which is incredibly convenient. Additionally, the product manager is reliable, easy to communicate with, and very helpful and attentive. Overall, it's a platform that's easy to use on a daily basis. My main issue is that it's difficult to pull out a customer list based on user behavior, such as finding a segment of users who made purchases 6 to 12 months ago. I also find it frustrating that I need to regularly upload my user lists since the platform doesn't pull directly from our main database. Another drawback is that it can't do email dripping with the "send at best time" feature, which would improve my open rates. Drip email campaigns are crucial for me because I prefer not to send bulk emails to all my users at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
