It takes time to upload the list and for the detailed reports in the campaigns it does not give the exact issue why it was failed like it only gives the Error codes not the reasons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A tool that's helped us to reach customers for transactional and promotional content on all channels (complete omnichannel experience)

They also provide a journey builder to automate and schedule messages at cadence.

AI features are inbuilt and comes in extremely handy while scheduling campaigns.

It is one of the best customer engagement platform across the available products. what i personally like about it,the delivery rates of communication. it is faster and reliable. Aditionally it is easy to use because it has a great user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since i am using this platform, i dont think there is something to dislike but talking about pricing plans, it is a bit expensive comparision ot other platforms. but again due to its great service, we do use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest challenge comes to an organization once you aquire an amount of users and you have to communicate them for various purpose.
