The team is responsive and caring. They truly go above and beyond - yes, I know, a lot of people, especially in the benefits space, profess this, but Nava lives it. Believe me, I am tough on our external partners, and Nava has delivered in a big way. They have also delivered savings where others have not been able to. The NBA app is still new and as a result lacks some features more mature broker tools have, for example the ability to schedule apts on the app or have app access with cards for dependents.
