She helped me decide the plan that might be more suitable for my family. We met on Google Meets for a voice call, which made it feel personable as well. I felt comfortable with the employee that helped me, and she was very kind and professional. There are so many available documents to reference, and the Benefits Guide was a lifesaver for us. It gave me all the options my employer had provided, and I could pick and choose which plans to view.
