**What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

I love the turn-key experience that ADP Comprehensive Services provides by handling all our HR services and administrative tasks. It lightens our HR Department's workload significantly. The capability to link time and attendance directly to our payroll process is a huge selling point for us. The system works wonders for tracking PTO policies, and I really enjoy working within the recruitment module, which has streamlined things for us. The great reporting module eliminates the need to manually create and track reports in Excel. Also, being able to link one job opening to several recruitment sites and track candidate status easily is a big plus. Our hiring managers love that they can link their calendars for simple interview scheduling and leave real-time comments on interviews. Fast and friendly customer service stands out, with access to an HR Business Partner at all times, which is incredibly valuable for us as a small, non-profit organization. The integration between our ADP payroll and retirement plan remittance minimizes the time spent on data entry each payroll cycle, as the system does the work for us. ADP continues to provide consistent support and meets the needs of our agency.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

More communications about system upgrades/changes so that practitioners are more prepared for these changes. The look and feel of the recruitment portal has changed several times without notice. Thankfully, the system is pretty user-friendly.

ADP Comprehensive Services cuts down our administrative time significantly, reducing reliance on Excel by providing easy access to everything. It streamlines recruitment, automates payroll data entry, and offers excellent support, effectively lightening our HR workload.

I value ADP Comprehensive Services for helping with payroll accuracy and compliance, which reduces the risk of errors and issues. This allows my team to focus on more strategic tasks. I don't like when cases are closed before a solution is made. The support team kept closing a labor law poster case before it was resolved, which forced us to submit a new case multiple times. This made it hard for us to track the posters.

What I like best about ADP Comprehensive Services is the combination of a centralized HR/payroll platform and access to knowledgeable support. It helps streamline payroll, benefits, compliance, reporting, and day-to-day HR administration, which allows our team to work more efficiently and with greater confidence.

**What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

I like that ADP Comprehensive Services makes it easy for me to manage payroll and HR functions by keeping all our HR documents in one place, allowing my staff to remotely check-in through an app. I appreciate being able to change, check, and process payroll from one location without using multiple systems. Another thing I like is that when I talked to Chad at ADP, it's actually a person answering my questions quickly. I also like the ease of using the system overall, which encourages me to continue using and expanding our services with them.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

I have to manually fix issues because the app crashes every single day, which makes it difficult for employees to clock in and out. Also, not having a specific person assigned to our account to speak with is a downside.

The benefits system being housed within the HR system is something our last provider didn't have, and it's a feature I appreciate. I find the knowledge base to be valuable, and the emails informing me when things change are helpful. I also appreciate the support teams who excel in their areas of expertise. I like that the system information is housed on one platform together, streamlining processes.

I would change the tax system so that your uploads would go to one person directly instead of an unnamed individual.

I find ADP Comprehensive Services to be more user-friendly and comprehensive compared to previous solutions. The payroll feature helps me accurately report to government and state tax agencies on time. I appreciate the custom reporting as it allows me to address queries specific to each of our companies. The HR portion, including onboarding and terminating employees, creates efficiencies that save us time. Open enrollment is also a standout feature. Additionally, the general ledger feature is beneficial since different companies have unique general ledger structures.

Maybe more one-on-one help when something doesn't work the appropriate way. Cross training between departments so we're not being transferred all the time from one dept to another.

**What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

I have a lot of appreciation for the online support and designated team with ADP Comprehensive Services, as they help me stay updated with new tax laws and 401k rulings without stressing. My business partner keeps me informed about the latest legislation and rulings, which is extremely helpful. I find the online support through the portal especially useful when I can't wait on a phone call, as concerns are typically solved promptly. The service has a calendar setup for deadlines related to the 401k integration, and the payroll runs smoothly. Plus, the business partner keeps us updated with compliance changes. ADP has been more than just a payroll company, growing significantly throughout my career. I’m very comfortable with their products.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

They changed the design of the software where the print is a bit too small to read at times. Plus it's all in blue. They used to have subject areas in color for easier navigation. The print was a bit larger and the tabs were color coordinated. I know with updates they need to squeeze so much detail into the software.

**Recommendations to others considering ADP Comprehensive Services:**

If you have a multi State payroll, I definately recommend having ADP prepare and file taxes for you.  They are very efficient with their 401k product which blends into Work Force Now.  I always recommend for any potential new clients to obtain a higher level of service so that they will have the support needed to stay compliant with this ever changing world.

I rely on ADP Comprehensive Services for payroll, 401k management, compliance, and staying informed on tax law changes, which prevents me from handling it all alone. The online support and designated team offer peace of mind, resolving issues quickly and keeping compliance on point.

ADP Comprehensive Services makes it easier to manage both HR and Payroll functions together. I appreciate the hassle-free year-end functions that allow me to report W2s properly and effectively. I also appreciate the tax sections. Once set up, ADP handles it all and it eliminate a task for me to do. Lastly, I appreciate having the 401k specially calculated by ADP to eliminate errors and make the process more streamline.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

While we have a whole team dedicated to our company, it can be hard to reach them since most conversation is completed through support tickets. In time crucial moments, I would rather have a direct email or phone number specifically to my assigned team to get things done faster.

The cost can be pricey when you have a smaller headcount however you do get your "bang for your buck" with the services they offer,

**What problems is ADP Comprehensive Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP Comprehensive Services truly puts your businesses best interests first. They are consistently rolling out new features, add ons, tweaks, etc. big and small to keep improving their product. With Comprehensive Services you have access to experts in HR, Open Enrollment, Payroll, Report, Tax Jurisidctions, etc. Instead of having multiple people in indiviual roles you can have a smaller headcount very reasonably manage these functions. In a way, ADP is part of your headcount. Hours are cut down from routine HR and payroll functions with their help. 
ADP's portal is very easy to use and very user friendly especially with the My Life Advisors there to assist.

I like that I receive free resumes, which saves us a lot of money. It's easy to get people set up, making things way quicker. ADP seems better overall because it has more tools than our previous provider.

I wanted more recruiting tools, as well as any type of fast tracking. Also, I wanted a geolocation. That's something that they don't necessarily have yet.

I use ADP Comprehensive Services for payroll information and W-2 documents, and I've been a user for five years. ADP was the first service offered to me, and I find it very user-friendly. It has greatly improved all facets of my work, particularly with payroll, onboarding, and W-2 generation. I really appreciate how readily available the information is and the frequent updates make it seamless. The bugs that had lagged ADP have been improved, and the user interface has improved dramatically. I like every facet of it currently and wouldn't change a thing.

**What do you like best about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

I'm a Comp Services Payroll client and have been for about 5 years.  I like not having to hire an FTE since with Comp Services, ADP becomes your payroll department.  It takes so much off of me and my team and allowed us to concentrate on other more strategic things

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

Sometimes creating custom reports can be difficult.  I'm not very good at that sort of thing so some of it is on me, but I wish they offered more user classes on reports.

**What problems is ADP Comprehensive Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes the vast majority of payroll and compliance tasks off of me and my team.  Also the integration of all the different modules makes data more easily accessible and useful not only for HR but for the employees too. ADP isn't perfect or the best in every module, but when you put it all together it's the best for us and I don't think there's any other company out there that can give us the level of technology and service that they give us.

I really appreciate that it's an easy interface for me to put the information in for my employees and pull the reports down quickly. I think the training aspect of ADP's platform could be more comprehensive, particularly in offering soft skills training. Small companies especially need more comprehensive training for managers, including skills like emotional intelligence. The live webinars offered tend to focus more on hard skills, which isn't quite sufficient. Additionally, I experience challenges due to our inability to perform certain tasks without the HRBP's engagement. Often, when I contact support, the person we connect with isn't able to resolve our issues because only our HR VP has the necessary permissions. This dependency is problematic since the HR VP is very busy. It would be beneficial if other customer service representatives could resolve issues without us having to wait for the HR VP.

I am not sure these would be considered problems but they are or can be very cumbersome tasks:
1) Tax agency notices -  ADP Tax Filing resolves all tax filing issues for which they are responsible.  There is always a record of these transactions within ADP Smart Compliance which makes it very simple to locate whenever needed.
2)  Annual benefit changes/open enrollment.  Being assigned an ADP representative to assist us with this every year is extremely helpful.  We couldn't do it without them!  We really appreciate this service.

As an HR practitioner, finding the right technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency is a top priority. ADP’s Comprehensive Services product has been a valuable tool for our team. It offers a well-rounded solution that covers everything from payroll processing to benefits administration, compliance management, and beyond.

The platform is user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with our existing systems, which is a huge time-saver. One of the standout features is the excellent customer support. ADP's support team is always available to assist with any questions or issues, ensuring we can quickly address any challenges that arise. The service is timely and knowledgeable, which gives me peace of mind knowing that there’s always someone I can turn to.

In terms of functionality, ADP delivers on its promises. Payroll processing is smooth and reliable, and the benefits management tools are intuitive. We’ve also found the compliance tools to be incredibly useful in keeping up with ever-changing regulations, especially when it comes to taxes and leave laws.

I like that from the time a candidate applies, their information carries through to all aspects of the services, recruitment, employee record, payroll, performance reviews. When they leave, all information is held in archive which is easy to access. When we have issues, the support group is quick to assist.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

As ADP is great when it comes to being a 'one stop shop' for everything HR/Payroll, it can be kind of clunky at times.  This meaning you often have to go through many steps to achieve one goal. 
Also not thrilled with ADP making changes to areas without advanced notice and offering instructions to the new ways of doing things.  We often come in and open up to man changes that we now have to weed through.  Not saying the changes are always bad, just getting a heads up to what will be changing and maybe some guidance on how to navigate the changes when they are significant.  Performance review area being a great example.

**What problems is ADP Comprehensive Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP has been instrumental at streamlining the recruitment and hiring process.  Electronic offer letters and I-9/eVerify and background checks are much simpler. Offering electronic signature option for signing the offer letter has been a huge relief to many of our employees who were not able to print and resend the letters back.  Getting signed offer letters is quick and easy now.
The transferring of candidate information into employee record as we roll them into ADP has been time saving. 
Entering benefits and having the premiums roll into payroll with ease is priceless.

I like having everything in one package.  I like the ease of the transition from a candidate to a hire to an employee.

**What do you dislike about ADP Comprehensive Services?**

Communication between ADP technology and other carriers can be lacking at times.  There are frequently small glitches in the background that can create large problems.  (for example, benefit deductions being missed on paychecks, etc.)  Also, their customer support services is hit or miss.  Some of the reps are great, and some of them are just downright terrible, but unfortunately, you do not get a choice in who handles your issues.

Managing employees and their tax situations in many different states.  Rolling out new policies and implementing new benefit offerings.
