Easy to use, and intuitive. Collaborators don't need a license. It's pretty easy to share boards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Collaborators have limited controls would be great if they could edit boards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use mural everyday to collaborate virtually with other team members. I like that we can all be in the same program at the same time in real time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least helpful thing I can think of Mural does, is it does not allow us to use any color I want. As an Interior Designer I want to use this as a presentation ready program, but in my presentations, I want to be able to change the text or draw in a different color and it seams like theres only a select few I can use. The ability for multiple users to work on the Mural at the same time really helped us in running the collaborative program design workshop Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There wasn't the right template available so we had to start from scratch, which ended up being okay, but it would've been easier to use a template Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the templates available to start working and workshoping Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe i would like to have more emojis, wireframing templates and unsplash integrations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is pretty clearly organized and the application is well designed. It is definitely somehow fun to work with the tool, for example supported by nice features like "follow someone" or to throw confetti in moments of success or just for fun. It is by far the best alternative to a real whiteboard I know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it feels a biz fuzzy to browse the whiteboards. Especially new users find it sometimes hard to change between zooming, dragging and moving whiteboard objects. Also for large groups it is sometimes difficult to onboard everyone and /or even manage access to the board. I don't really see a good feature to really create handwritten notes or drawings. During brainstorming sessions, I can easily facilitate voting for each generated points.
This ensures proper engagement from each participant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, the digital workspace might be too small for what I'm working on.
However, I rarely encounter such scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
