I´ve been using Mural since 2014 when I started a consultancy business to help entrepreneurs to build their business. It was love at first sight. And, since then, they just improved a lot. It´s a perfect tool to co-create with teams remotely. I just cannot live without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an early adopter, I saw a lot of improvement over the years, and now I don´t have anything that bothers me at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Love the ability to organize team brainstorms and tools to allow multiple users/guests to post Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be tricky for new users to figure out controls (may end up moving or deleting another's work sometimes). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mural is a platform that is easy to learn and is fully customizable. It has a library of templates that can get you started. There may be too many templates to choose from but you'll eventually learn which ones would be useful for you. In any case, you can always start tabula rasa and shape the layout and content however you make it. I have a graphic design and information architecture background so maybe that helped speed up my learning curve.
I love how it helps organize ideas and involve various participants either in real-time or as-you-please-time for better consensus gathering. I've used it for brainstorming, presenting ideas, managing projects, documenting products and test results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have nothing to complain about in the year I've been using it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The connectors, There are only straight connectors, it will be great to have multiple connectors like we have in google slides ot MS power point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to use sticky notes, and move them around, and the colorful and vibrant features we can use to enhance the entire board is amazing. Mind mapping is really easy with this tool, and I can easily connect the dots with my ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When building process maps, shapes are not automatically the same size and aligned, it's hard to select multiple objects unless they're in a group Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mural is such a critical tool for consensus forming. This is where collaboration happens when you have diverse ideas and need to work out various arguments on digital paper. On top of that, the Mural team even created fun activities you can copy, making collaboration a bit more organic despite the pandemic impact. Kudos to the Mural dev team for listening to feedback and making this product great!

I don't like how comments can become so small, but thankfully, they've added a feature where you can navigate through comments using the right side panel. Also, there are times when it needs to be refreshed occasionally, but that is often coming from network connection stability issues.
