Mural is a great collaboration tool that I've been extensively using for client journey mapping and visualization. It's also great for facilitating workshops with multiple participants remotely where everyone can contribute ideas. I like the facilitator control features which make it easy to conduct workshops remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of anything I particularly dislike at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Mural for my clients to discuss the best possible options for their container shipping and include all the related details with sticky notes. thats a best thing for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

intuitive to use. don't require much training. easy to collaborate with large teams at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
space is not infinite. there is no timer function (i don't think?) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used Mural for card sorting activities and collaorative brainstorming. Love the ability to collaborate in real time, and it offers an experience that is on par with being in the room together. Also, we have some tech-wary in our team and even they were able to figure out how to use it and contribute within the space of a session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only criticism that I would make is that it would be great to be able to generate post-its in bulk by uploading an excel, text or csv file - we did a card-sorting activity and I had to create 100 post-its manually. Maybe that functionality is there, but I didn't find it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing too big, only that it is very easy to drag the slides/notes instead of moving the page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The open layout, the colours, the customisability, the ability to zoom in and out but have everything on one page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The navigation and fiddle-iness. It's not clear whether your cursor is on Move, Click etc. and it's always moving and highlighting by accident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mural provides a seamless experience for people working remotely to post ideas visually on a virtual whiteboard. What makes it better than a real white board? There's no need to take photos or transcribed the results - everything is already captured for you. I also appreciate the access to the Noun Project for icons - over 1,000,000 unique and helpful icons to add meaning to your visual collaborations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Better support for freehand drawing would be helpful to truly replace in-person whiteboard capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not everyone is familiar with the technology, so there's a learning curve required for using its full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
