Muck Rack stays very current and up-to-date with journalists' information. If they don't have information on a specific person, you can easily request they do research and they respond timely with either an updated profile or reasoning behind not being able to find/provide the information. There is sometimes a glitch when researching a person's name where they do not show up as the first option when you type them in but I know MuckRack has been working on fixing that and it is a rarer occurrence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Muck Rack has an accurate, up-to-date database of journalists and media outlets for my team to reach out to. It has simplified the process, and I truly don't know what we would do with Muck Rack.
