There should be an option to unsubscribe an entire outlet. I don't think there is one now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Muck Rack?

The accuracy of media outlet contact information puts Muck Rack at the top of all monitoring software companies. No more wasted time sending pitches that bounce back or emails that land in the wrong in-box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Muck Rack?

We would love to be able to better customize reports for clients (removing some columns/fields). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Muck Rack solving and how is that benefiting you?

We IMMEDIATELY saw an uptick in the number of pitches that turned into successful media placements for our clients. The accuracy of the information is dependable and Muck Rack is always updating media contact lists. We simply don't have pitches bounce back anymore. Additionally, customer service is outstanding. Any issue we have is immediately addressed and the help desk is easy to reach and always responsive. This is NOT the experience we had with other platforms. Muck Rack is a much more comprehensive and intuitive tool than most media catalog options (like the one we're all familiar with, Cision). It consistently has the information I'm looking for and is quick and easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Muck Rack?

The UI is much easier to use than other similar products (I've used Cision in the past). I also love how I can reach a real person with the chat function instantly to ask a question or make a suggested edit. I also love how I can send out pitches with Muck Rack with my actual email account, and see if reporters opened my pitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Muck Rack?

I'm on the fence about Muck Rack opening a new tab/window every time I do a series of searches. It's come in handy sometimes, but it's overwhelming to suddenly have 20+ open tabs after awhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sending out pitches to multiple targets is a breeze, much easier if I tried to do it manually or with MS Office mail merge.
