It is easy to use and offers a wealth of information. I enjoy that I can see reporter information, articles they've worked on and can add notes for others in my organization to see. Muck Rack makes finding journalist easy. Prior to Muck Rack my team was using Cision and we had to crawl the internet to find emails we needed. Muck Rack also makes pitching fast and easy. I love being able to track who has opened my emails, so I can target my follow up pitches. I love the ability to keyword search articles and build custom coverage comparison reports most of all. But it's also extremely helpful to have the full listing of reporters and editors for publications and links to their personal profiles/Twitter accounts. Much like such algorithms in general, automating the coverage reports can get a little tedious when you have clients or people you are representing with either a common name or a commonly misspelled business name, or mis-abbreviated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The handoff from sales was deplorable. The sales rep was extremely rude and when I had follow-up questions, she simply ghosted me. Took my money and ran. Platform vendors, and the best salespeople at those companies, are trusted partners. The start of this relationship is so bad that I won't bother to renew.
