Muckrack is a highly efficient media database making my job much more manageable and easier when searching for contacts.

Sometimes the research isn't quite at the level I'd hope for - a few times I've been told there's no email available and then I've been able to find the address myself with a quick Google. I also don't like that you can't totally customize fields when exporting - you can remove some, but not all and I always end up deleting columns I don't need.
