What do you like best about MobiWork?

MobiWork has a great customer support team that is highly responsive and helpful. They make integration easy by helping to transfer customer files. MobiWork is very easy to use on a daily basis. Additionally, there is a large amount of customizable features available and solutions to fit our company and business model. The implementation of MobiWork in place of our current CSR platform was a breeze! We are using MobiWork everyday for all of our customer needs going forward. What do you dislike about MobiWork?

With it being a highly customizable solution, you really need to go into it with the whole company picture and not just a piece of the business that way they can get your version setup correctly and at its best from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?

MobiWork is bringing our business into the 21st century. We are able to communicate with our customers and technicians through email and text in real time. What do you like best about MobiWork?

Having the ability for our techs to have the notes of a service call while they are out in the field. Also that they can maually add the parts to their work order while out in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MobiWork?

I find the process of getting scheduling, routing for our technicians for early in the season to be over complicated and also not as user friendly. I do also find some of the invoicing process to be to be quit technical and in some cases over complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?

I do like the calendar view for our scheduling and being able to see when our technicians our on their way to a job, on site, or have completed a job, or being able to have it noted the job is not completed and will require an additional service call. Inventory control of parts has been the biggest amount of work to get usable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?

Setting up work orders and invoicing for our pesticide application division. This will eliminate a huge amount of paperwork that we used to have to keep and enter into a seprate system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MobiWork?

What do you dislike about MobiWork?

That we can not click on one route to send out emails as a bulk send out. I would like to click on one route and send a tentative date email out by route. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MobiWork?

Pre-configured profiles make it very easy to implement and onboard. The dashboard view, easy access to work order-related items, stock management, slick reporting, and dynamic form builder are some of the outstanding features.

The cloud server the system runs on is very stable and users have no issues if they use it multiple days per day.

From a mobile worker's perspective, the app is easy to navigate and use.

Customer support is very good, with quick turn-around time on basic questions and if professional services are needed, the team provides cost estimates quickly.

With regards to integration, there are open APIs that enable easy integration, and some accounting systems have already been integrated, which is a great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MobiWork?

Because MobiWork is so flexible and dynamic, customers tend to forget that it is a SAAS model and not their system to change as they want to, so managing customer expectations can be tough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling of work orders and managing the timelines (through custom statuses that are managed through in-app Action Items) until Closed is a key tool being used. We also use MobiWork to manage prospects, customers and quotes, which is all rolled into the CRM functionality, which then provides access to all related info for a specific customer. Mobiwork allows you to keep track of people, products and places to such a fine detailed degree that the rest is just formalities that fall in place.

What do you like best about MobiWork?

We use mobiworks for inventory, work orders, and invoicing. All of our products, services, and customers are linked to our QBO account so we are able to create, dispatch, and invoice customers directly from the field. We were using paper invoicing before Mobiworks, and it has been a game changer. We are able to track inventory from vendors, to the warehouse, and finally to the service vehicles. What do you dislike about MobiWork?

We were a bit overwhelmed by the customization options within the program, but we are happy with the support team, and they're available to customize options and help with coding solutions as issues arise.
