Additionally, there is a large amount of customizable features available and solutions to fit our company and business model. While MobiWork offers an impressive range of features, the platform's size and complexity can sometimes make it challenging to quickly locate what you need. Pre-configured profiles make it very easy to implement and onboard. The dashboard view, easy access to work order-related items, stock management, slick reporting, and dynamic form builder are some of the outstanding features.
The cloud server the system runs on is very stable and users have no issues if they use it multiple days per day.
From a mobile worker's perspective, the app is easy to navigate and use.
Customer support is very good, with quick turn-around time on basic questions and if professional services are needed, the team provides cost estimates quickly.

We use mobiworks for inventory, work orders, and invoicing. All of our products, services, and customers are linked to our QBO account so we are able to create, dispatch, and invoice customers directly from the field. We were using paper invoicing before Mobiworks, and it has been a game changer. We are able to track inventory from vendors, to the warehouse, and finally to the service vehicles. We were a bit overwhelmed by the customization options within the program, but we are happy with the support team, and they're available to customize options and help with coding solutions as issues arise.
