What do you like best about MobileAction?

The platform is user friendly, easy to create automation rules to optimize the campaigns. It's easy to connect MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer) to send events informations to Mobile Action and then use them for optimization. The platform has interesting benchmarking data as well. What do you dislike about MobileAction?

Minor features as being able to save custom dates for reporting (reporting section automatically selects last 30 days) or the report export section now changed and it requires one extra step to download data, but it's honestly just very little improvements that would help the experience even more. What do you like best about MobileAction?

Begining from keyword research and automatic optimization to campaign analysis our work flow become more data driven and organized.The interface is user friendly. It is easy to navigate through the platform and access the insights it provides. Unlike Apple's native consoles, which is limited in terms of analytics in general which´s really important for us.

Also I would like to mention the customer support as they provide exceptional service by attentively listening to the clients concerns, responding with patience and resolving issues efficiently and rapidly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MobileAction?

It would be great if the platfrom interface supports the arabic language and by extension to have a customer support in arabic as well so as it can take place in more marketplaces in the arabian countries .. some filters and report views could be easier, I would like to group the automations in different groups and not to see it as an array of lines at the same page as it's much way easier and faster. What do you like best about MobileAction?

As an ASO Manager, MobileAction has been incredibly helpful not only with ASO creatives but also with metadata optimization. It's particularly convenient for collecting and tracking keywords, and I especially appreciate how the ASO report allows us to intuitively understand performance through visual data. What do you dislike about MobileAction?

It would be great if the platfrom interface supported local langues like Korean, in addition to English. For users in countries where English is not the first language, this could present an initial barrier to entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is extremely helpful in gathering competitor keywords and selecting highly relevant keywords to update the metadata. Additionally, I had been unsure about how to measure performance, but having a dedicated team manager to assist with performance measurement has been the most beneficial aspect. What do you like best about MobileAction?

The data coverage is absolutely phenomenal. Compared to other tools like AppFigures in some cases I'm able to see 5-6x coverage differences in some stores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
