I have no idea what I would do without it. Any company can make calls, type in notes, and track emails. The platform is centralized to make anyones life easier without having to go to multiple sites. It's an all-in-one deal. Being able to track my emails and calls allows me to know what to speak about on the next follow up. Also, the content in the emails is vibrant and up to current events. The customer service is also a major plus because everyone is friendly and adds value to the company. These people really care about your company and wants to see us thrive. Mindmatrix is the main single, completely incorporated stage offering total deals and displaying enablement for immediate and aberrant deals. Mindmatrix consolidates PRM, Channel Marketing, Asset Management, Sales Enablement, and Marketing Automation for the total enablement of your deals and advertising groups. This brought together stage makes you through each stride in the business cycle from lead to income, empowering your business channels to sell more, faster. There are many capacities inside the stage. You can set up different dribbles (email and social), convey messages, consider following on resources that you use, and have providing details regarding it too. Resources transferred into the stage will naturally have cobranding too - as long as you have, it set up that way. The interface is generally perfect and simple to utilize. The stage is vigorous and for those that do not have advertising assets/devices promptly accessible or a littler showcasing division, this would be incredible for them. I like the reconciliation into our CRM instrument and how it just deals with its own generally. The articles are intriguing and the substance is high caliber. The convenience. Mindmatrix allows you to fully enable your sales and channel teams to be effective. We have a complete view of all opportunities in the pipeline and seamlessly sync that information to our CRM for a complete view across our channel and direct sales. I had a detailed requirements document and Mindmatrix provided me with everything that I was looking for now and as we plan for the future. The one improvement that I think would be very valuable for Mindmatrix to make is a way to control versioning or document better. Meaning I would want to upload and replace a document while maintaining the older versions. At this point I have to re-upload and either archive, delete or de-active and asset and then upload the new version, so I lose historical statistics on the assets. When integrating with your CRM, make sure all of your data is clean so it imports properly. Scrub through your CRM data prior to integration. Take advantage of the advice of the on-boarding team. Mainly the automation and refreshing customer service experiences from my rep Megan Cramer. The asset library is valuable as well, it's saved me countless hours on content gen. I like enabling my Sales team with behavior mapping from prospects, the e-mail nurture campaign is doing well also. I could have easily got lost within the features and integrations but my main POC Megan has been on top of all of it. All of my questions have been addressed, requests processed, and nothing but a refreshing conversation once a month to look forward to in order to keep things moving forward seamlessly. Actually everything is great, the platform covers a lot of external prospect/client facing touch points. I know how valuable this feedback is to your organization, but I honestly don't have anything to complain about. Feature-wise, I would say the email drip campaigns is what I like best about Mindmatrix, but overall the best part is strategically collaborating with the Mindmatrix team. The admin usability has a learning curve to get the hang of building email templates and landing pages, it's not the most intuitive but at least the support and account management team make up for it with service. Fortunately, for our users there are integrated "assist me" tools that provides step-by-step instructions which reduces the learning curve is reduced for our user community. As part of the Concierge program we benefit most from dealing with a highly professional, happy and pro-active consultant on a regular basis. Tactics and campaigns that we adopt as a result of our regular monthly calls are then supported extremely well by the MM support team. Nothing really - that's the truth! On reflection we should have come directly to Mindmatrix, we wasted many hours and money trying to build our digital profile via offshore freelancers. There's a LOT of content if you pay for the content pack. It's well worth it for a shot in the arm right out of the gate. Also, the concierge service for onboarding and monthly meetings is really what brings it the most value. You will be forced to use the system, and use it correctly, which is good. Get the premium service so you can get the most out of the system and work the process. The system can also easily add multiple additional fields which is great for customization. The learning curve to the interface is steep, but you do get someone to onboard with you to lessen the blow. We've had issues with emailing Google Apps / G Suite users at times as well, which takes wind out of the efficiency. I wish at times that we could email from our own domain.
