Companies like these DESERVE to have a natural / organic growth from referrals, so they can stay great, and not waste money on marketing... The content is amazing, the features and flexibility of their database and integration (in our case, with DATTO PSA), is impressive, and social posts are great as well. Really awesome company and product! **What do you dislike about Mindmatrix PRM?** The only downside is that their SMTP domains are sometimes causing emails to land in spam folder of the recipients. The workaround though is to simply add your own domain / subdomain as a sending domain, and problem is solved. Using their own content (or creating our own, if we wish to do so), then having their system push it to all our social channels, and send Email marketing/ newsletter. drip campaigns for automation saves a lot of time, and their sales playbook are also very nice. We have the ability to attach expiry dates to content, so obsolete content isn’t in circulation accidentally.
