**What do you like best about Impartner PRM?**

For our use, Impartner syncs well with Salesforce and allows my team to control the partner experience outside of our internal teams. Developing workflows, after some practice and guidance, is pretty straightforward. The help from the support teams to help drive improved performance for your partner portal is amazing. Now we are learning to use Orchestration Studio, which I believe will help us continue to develop more automation an overall better experience for partners and internal teams.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

The ability to duplicate forms so you can create separate segmented forms for the partner portal is a challenge. There are also challenges in moving some things from Stage to Production.

**What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With some of the new tools we are using and learning to use - the biggest is automation. We are a small team in our organization so we're learning to do more without the need of additional headcount. Using workflows to drive automated process around deal registration and partner onboarding. Using Orchestration Studio to get ahead of issues with things like CRM Sync. Impartner has a number of tools to make a partner organization's life easier, it just takes the ability to learn how to use those tools.

**What do you like best about Impartner PRM?**

We've gotten excellent hands-on support from our implementation and customer success teams, the performance of Impartner outperformed our previous PRM by a landslide from the first PoC. As we expand our use of the platform we're excited to utilize more integrations and refine our UX.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

some of the functionalities could use tool tips to help the user understand where to find supporting docs/more information. more analytics customizations out of the box would be nice to have to.

current use: deal registrations and asset sharing 
roadmapped: comprehensive reporting and partner profiles, partner registrations, LMS solutions. Nice to have: Canva integrations.

**What do you like best about Impartner PRM?**

I use Impartner PRM to manage relationships with our Reseller, Referral, and Technology partners for onboarding, training, communication, and to give them a tool to track their sales. I love the workflows because they allow us to automate actions such as data updates and email sending, making it easy to manage all phases of partner relationships from onboarding to sales management to certification processes with simple setups. I also find the initial setup was very fast and easy. I want to highlight how helpful the Impartner team has always been, especially Prue James as our CSM. Her deep product knowledge and positive attitude have made a big difference for us.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

Some sections are 'fixed', and we can’t customize them too much, like the Demand center, or some automatically translated sections for which we need to open a ticket if we want to have them better translated. Also, the Analytics part doesn’t have detailed trainings as other parts do. But these are just smaller things.

**What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Impartner PRM to manage partner relationships by onboarding, training, communicating with them, and tracking sales. It automates recurring actions, segments activities, and simplifies managing partner phases with workflows.

What I really like is the breadth of features available to support and enhance the partner journey and overall partner flows. The ability to customise the user experience is particularly important for us, as it allows the platform to align closely with our brand and deliver a consistent experience for our partners.

Initially, we experienced some challenges during implementation. That said, the Impartner team were incredibly receptive to feedback and genuinely supportive in helping us find the right solutions. I would particularly like to call out Mike, Ben and Boris for their responsiveness and hands-on approach throughout the process.

**What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impartner PRM is helping us scale a large and growing partner programme in a structured and efficient way. With a high volume of partners already in the programme and new partners joining every month, we needed a solution that could support that growth without losing sight of the relationships we value so highly. Impartner enables us to streamline onboarding, journeys and communications, while still maintaining a strong, consistent partner experience as the programme continues to grow.

**What do you like best about Impartner PRM?**

The best feature of Impartner PRM is the people behind the product. Every time I have needed support, the team has always been quick to respond and gave me the answers that I was looking for. Even going so far as to add critical new features to the solution that our company needed....and adding these in record time! We came for the ways that the Impartner would be able to support and accelerate our business.....we stay for the people and the support!

I haven't found anything to date that I dislike! As I mentioned in my "what do you like best" testimonial, any issues that we find are quickly addressed and resolved by the incredible team at Impartner.

**What do you like best about Impartner PRM?**

I would say the customizability and the sheer scope of features within Impartner PRM are probably my favorite things about it. You can pretty much do anything, as the possibilities are endless. Even if there's not a preconfigured connector within orchestration studio, you can build your own flow and connect it to wherever you need, allowing it to digest and utilize data in a specific way. I also really love the segmentation ability in Impartner. We use that to offer a customized experience on a per-user basis within our portal, which is super awesome because it makes the digital experience feel relevant and special to the partner.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

I would say Orchestration Studio is quite daunting for those that do not have any kind of experience setting up flows and really any kind of data automation experience. That definitely requires some technical help. I believe that there are updates being made to make it a little more user-friendly without needing a technical resource. It's really the most technical part of Impartner PRM. There's an opportunity for simplification and better user resources to train up users on their own on how to be a master at Orchestration Studio. Everything else is pretty simple. Setting up custom workflows can be daunting and should honestly require better user documentation and training, because otherwise, you rely on an Impartner technical resource. Also, the initial setup was pretty challenging because the product wasn't as mature back then, and we had some project manager issues at the start.

**What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impartner PRM provides a one-stop shop for managing partner loyalty programs, offers a channel-focused solution for the IT channel, and supports automated tracking and reward issuance. It seamlessly connects and syncs data with multiple proprietary programs.

**What do you like best about Impartner PRM?**

Ease of use is one factor, but the support I get is unrivalled. Logging tickets is quick and straightforward, and the Support Team are incredibly responsive—the rare issue I have is usually solved within a day or so.

We also have never had any downtime issues with the portal. Zero occurrences of the portal being inaccessible. 

We also have a fantastic Account Management team in Emily Nunez and Prue James. Both have excellent technical ability and are always on hand to support us, while also keeping us up to date with any new features that will benefit us.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

There is nothing i dislike about PRM. 
Incredibly happy with the product and the service. From an admin perspective it’s incredibly easy to use and the training available is great with the ability to get quickly certified in the product.

**What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us get deal registration through to Salesforce in a timely and easy manner.
We are also using it to promote our new products, events and educating partners on how to demo and sell our products.
We use ImPartner as the sole entry point for our Certification Prgramme as well as our Technical Knowledge Base.
We are using analytics studio to to get deeper insights into our partner behaviour so we can quickly react with relevant content

**What do you like best about Impartner PRM?**

I love the flexibility of Impartner PRM. We can do so much with the PRM portal in terms of its capabilities, and there are abundant opportunities for customization. The platform is very scalable, growing with our business needs, and the ongoing support from Impartner is excellent. They even facilitate annual gatherings where we can learn from other companies using the platform, sharing best practices. It's a very user-friendly platform with a strong support network behind it. Also, the initial setup was very easy, thanks to the great support from the team at every step, ensuring a smooth transition and continued assistance.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

I believe maybe having more frequent best practices being shared would be key. And I believe, you know, knowing successes frequently about how others have used the platform would be really helpful. We have had annual gatherings in the past whereby we learned from others, but that's once a year. So I think having this more frequently or have a platform where we can learn how others are using it and getting the most out of it would be really useful.

I like how easy it is for a partner to make a referral with Impartner PRM, and how quickly those referrals convert into opportunities in our CRM. The transparency in the partner portal is great, allowing partners to see opportunities as they move through stages. The reporting and analytics provide valuable insights into our pipeline and help identify which partners are actively co-selling with us, aiding in strategic decision-making, like deciding where to invest our co-marketing dollars. Additionally, I've noticed that before using Impartner PRM, our partners were reluctant to put leads in the portal, but they quickly adopted the Impartner Portal for making referrals. It gives a full picture of all business activity with our partners, which is now visible both to us and our partners.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

I find the segmentation of the asset library a little particular and would appreciate user prompts or 'tool tips' for guidance throughout the platform. We love the concept of business plan templates, but my team feels they are slightly inflexible. As a result, we're attaching business plans in the platform instead of fully utilizing the templates. The initial setup was also more difficult than we anticipated.

**What do you like best about Impartner PRM?**

I love the company and how everything just works with Impartner PRM. There has been no downtime as we've never had a critical outage, and the software is easy to use for both our partners and our admins. Updating the portal's look and feel in the backend is straightforward, and the sync capabilities with critical CRM platforms are easy to set up and maintain. The initial setup was very straightforward with superb support. The support is incredibly fast, and our account manager, Emily Nunez, is a real asset to the company. She's incredibly proactive and quick to assist with any issue we encounter.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

Well, we are stuck on the classic version for now, and some options like chat are therefore not available to us. But it’s our own issue that we have yet to progress to PX.

**What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impartner PRM enables us to work more closely with our valued partners. It's easy to use for both partners and admins, ensuring no downtime and seamless CRM sync. Setup was straightforward, with excellent support.

There is a lot of native functionality that is key for building out a partner program from the ground up. Many features that are needed for any channel business, across many verticals.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

There are a few limitations regarding MDF object customization, document upload syncing, and cobranding customization that hinder our current business model.

**What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were issues with our Deal registration form. Our business bases lead routing off of Zipcode and our CRM was having difficulty reading international zipcodes. Impartner's team worked with us to optimize our form with field validations and a workflow to prevent errors with Zipcodes.

I find Impartner PRM easy to use and appreciate that it's straightforward to upload materials. It's also easy for people to download marketing materials. The initial setup was very easy, despite some issues with CRM sync. I especially like it for distributing marketing materials to our customers, including banks.

One challenge with Impartner PRM is occasional system downtime, which can impact our portal engagement metrics and disrupt partner activities. Additionally, while the platform offers robust functionality, it requires significant integration with other systems to fully leverage its potential. Managing these integrations can sometimes be cumbersome, leading to delays or added complexity in the setup process.
Another area where there is room for improvement is in how enhancement requests are managed. While we've shared several valuable ideas and suggestions over the years, only a limited number have been implemented. The turnaround time tends to be quite long, and there's very limited visibility into the status or progress of these requests. Greater transparency and a more structured feedback loop would significantly enhance the collaboration and responsiveness in this area.

**What do you like best about Impartner PRM?**

I really like the visual aspect of Impartner PRM, which is very clean, organized, and offers a sleek platform. I also love the Salesforce integration; it has really strong integration capabilities that can connect with loads of different custom objects and lookups, creating a really flexible tool. The Salesforce integration is probably the most valuable part of any product that I'd be looking to implement. With Impartner PRM, it's extremely flexible and customizable, allowing me to delve into the depth of different custom and standard objects. This makes it extremely easy and flexible for me to set up as an admin and gives me a lot of space to play around with how I want to display information to partners.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

I think there are some small things on the administrator side, such as creating new fields or trying to add in pick list options or when saving sorts of things, there are some small bugs across the platform that make the usability just a little bit slow. Nothing major, but there's just some general hygiene across the platform that I wish could be fixed. I also think maybe when it comes to partner tiering, not being able to have multiple tiers for one partner level creates a bit of a restriction in how you show information, but other than that, not too much.

The user interface is rather outdated. There's also limited functionality for branding the portal. I'd prefer to have more customization options outside of the widgets, brand colors, and landing page. I really like using the journeys and training function in Impartner PRM. Being able to track their progress and provide them certificates at the end of training has been really impactful.

I really do think that when you are viewing an asset from a journey, it should stay within the journey. I found it quite hard to remember that it takes me to the assets page, and then I have to remember to go all the way back to Journeys. So if that was able to be worked on, that would be great. Also, being able to restart a journey if I want to.

This feature not only offers a cost-effective solution but also simplifies the management of partner deals and registrations. The ease of deal registration stands out as I do not need to manually insert lead records, which effectively streamlines operations and reduces the dependency on Salesforce licenses for my partners.

The migration from the classic to the PX version is disastrous. Their service is very slow. When they deleted my data in the Salesforce production environment, I requested an incident report, which they could never provide. After investigating, they said they don't know why the issue occurred. Additionally, they are still not replying to my emails even after ten days. The initial setup was difficult, requiring a lot of time, many calls, and involvement from a specialist due to hard-coded elements.

the ability & flexibility offered by impartner is a key, the new on demand feature where we can keep engaged with our partners, pulling reports to know how much deals were registered or the saved assets that our partners can use to learn. the ability to customise the view for each partner is amazing. support team at impartner is on another level, always there to support and fix issues.

currently you cant pull a report for global partners accross the regions and i do think we can have global overview on X partner across the globe would be amazing. also with the new PX migration, we started to discover lots of broken links, bugs, downtime which i believe comes with onboarding issues.

the partner engagment experience where we keep our partners informed about our latest updates, assets, collaterals where impartner is linked to our CRM with live updates shared with our partners. and we recently added the news on demand feature where we can easier commuincate with our partners and share useful insights via a monthly newsletter. we also are building and finalising the business planning feature where we will be using with our partners to run the QBRs and account mapping and progress.

I don't dislike anything, I would just hate to delete something that's linked to SFDC and then the whole account is deleted.

It solves the deal reg part more than anything for me. It allows us to track Partners especially if we are running a program. We have great workflows and that helps a lot.

What I like best about Impartner PRM is the best-in-class account management and support team—they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us succeed. It’s equally easy to customize the user experience so that both new and existing partners have a clean, intuitive portal tailored to their needs.

If you’re looking to make a real difference in your team or division, start with an Impartner module that’ll have the biggest impact on your business. Once you've nailed that, you can easily branch out to build a more complete partner ecosystem.
Impartner enables you to digitize manual processes and set up automated workflows that you can manage independently. Additionally, partners can access and update their own company and profile information, keeping the system up to date.
Impartner offers stellar customer service, supported by an efficient and responsive ticketing system that ensures issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

While setting up workflows in Impartner is straightforward, managing and organizing them can be a bit limited. Currently, the main way to keep things organized is by using keywords in workflow names, which works but could be enhanced with options for grouping and custom columns for better filtering.

For ongoing improvements, especially with updates to partner programs, it’s helpful to have a Sales Operations team member who’s comfortable configuring both your CRM and Impartner. This can make adjustments smoother and ensure the system stays aligned with program needs.

**What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impartner PRM solves several key challenges by fully digitizing partner onboarding, including automating follow-ups and creating SSO credentials with privilege management, all synced with Salesforce. This streamlines onboarding and ensures data accuracy.

The self-service CPQ feature simplifies deal registration, allowing partners to track and manage sales opportunities that automatically sync to Salesforce and notify account owners, improving visibility and response times.

The Partner Locator highlights each partner’s experience and training with specific products or services, making it easier for customers to find qualified partners and promoting accountability among partners.

With the MDF module, partners can independently apply for marketing development funds, giving them more control over their marketing initiatives.

Finally, partners can create co-branded templates within the Asset Library, supporting brand consistency while empowering partners with flexible marketing materials.

Impartner has a variety of out of the box functionality and workflows for many partnership related workflows. Easy to set up, get started and then customize moving forward.

Some features are not native to PRM (like NewsOnDemand) and it creates a disjointed experience when managing internally.

**What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The PRM has solved many problems, most importantly our ability to execute and make updates to our PRM. We are on another PRM previously and we had to work with internal IT teams to make the smallest updates. 

With Impartner PRM, our partner operations team can own, allowing them to make updates at will. This has drastically accelerated our ability to improve partner experience.

We are able to manage our partner relationships, receive leads from partners effortlessly and allow our partners to view lead progress and relevant product collateral. Information is integrated into our Salesforce instance. Requests for customer service are prompt and always knowledgeable. We have regular sessions with our support person at our chosen frequency.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

They do not have phone support but email support is quick. We are expected to manage any customization of our instance ourselves using tutorials and help videos, which can be annoying but is cost effective vs enlisting their paid support.

Partners need access to our collateral, training sessions and certification, and the ability to submit leads into our Salesforce instance. Impartner allows them that access without exposing our Salesforce information.

Impartner offers a ton of flexibility when it comes to building an effective and scalable Partner Portal. The tool is easy to use. Between native functions and the customization options there is a ton of possibility to make your portal a one-stop shop for Partners. Also the team at Impartner are very helpful and responsive. Our Customer Success rep Shad has been great and our previous rep April was fantastic as well. They are great at making sure the right resources and experts are available to us.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

Some of the LMS functions could be more robust. Particularly when it comes to video training engagement validation and quiz making limitations. Some of these things could be potential quick wins for Impartner and could be considered personal preference.

Impartner is helping us build a reliable and scalable Global Partner program. Since we operate across so many regions it can be tough to serve all their needs and stay in contact with everyone. Impartner closes that gap considerably.

Our partners had to go to a million different places to find the resources they need. Now they have a user-friendly, one stop shop for all the things they need from training, assets, deal registration, etc.

The whole Impartner team has been incredible. Shad C, Dustin D, Ben S, Kirby have all been such valuable resources for our team answering our questions, brainstorming ideas, and our calls are fun. I understand that's not "techy" but I believe the people you work with at your software vendor are just as important as the software itself.

**What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?**

Not being able to sync attachments or add them to workflows is a minor roadblock we've run into. Luckily we've been able to build workarounds and the impartner team is always willing to hop on a call to brainstorm and implement ideas.

Partners can register deals through a form now (rather than sending an email that can have errors and get buried in inboxes). They can also easily access trainings and assets that service a variety of roles.

Impartner became the foundation for building our partner program. Our Implementation Specialist, Eva, was instrumental in getting us started. She guided us through the setup process and helped us define the key elements of our program, ensuring we had a solid foundation from the beginning.

After the launch, our Client Success Manager, Prue, stepped in to help us refine and maintain the portal as our goals and vision for the program evolved. In every touchpoint meeting, Prue reviews our portal and provides thoughtful suggestions for enhancements and training opportunities.
