Impartner PRM enables seamless collaboration across our team to identify and implement the most effective strategies for partner support. By consolidating onboarding, training, and partner management into a single, user-friendly platform, it simplifies access to vital information and resources, ensuring we can provide exceptional support to our partners at every stage of their journey.
Additionally, Prue, our Customer Success Manager, has been invaluable in helping us enhance our portal by introducing new products and features that drive partner engagement and success. Her expertise and proactive support have significantly improved our ability to deliver value to our partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish Impartner PRM offered customer-facing dashboards that would empower our partners to monitor their team's progress in completing required training and journeys. This feature would provide valuable transparency and enhance partner engagement.
Additionally, setting up workflows in Impartner can be quite challenging. We frequently need assistance from our Implementation Specialist, Client Success Manager, or Development teams to create or modify workflows, which can slow down implementation and limit our ability to make quick adjustments. The logical structure of the platform. It is very easy to categorise assets or incentives for partners. Also is customisable if required, however, the out of the box fucntionality is excellent. The support team is very knowledgeable and keen to help. The implementation whilst lengthy was very thorough and our instance was complex, very knowledgeable team. Integration with SFDC is seamless. There are soem limitations in communicating to partners - the PRM doesn't have a webinar function, or robust email marketing platform - both of which would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I appreciate most about Impartner PRM is its comprehensive suite of features tailored specifically for partner relationship management. From its user-friendly interface to its robust customization options, Impartner PRM empowers businesses to effortlessly manage their partner ecosystems. Its centralized content repository and automated posting workflow streamline internal content distribution, while the approval mechanism ensures quality and alignment before dissemination. Additionally, the integration of analytics tools provides valuable insights for optimizing partner engagement and performance tracking. Overall, Impartner PRM excels in enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and effectiveness within partner networks, making it a standout solution in the PRM landscape. Nothing I can think of now right now but using for 2 years, shaken the tree it looks to solve many needs with more to look at in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Workflows is a really powerful feature - you can do quite sophisticated communications using workflows.
They offer a variety of ways to reach out to partners - system notifications, marketing campaigns, push notifications
The platform is technically stable and supports high levels of complexity (multi-langue, multi-tier). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you want to use their marketing tools (marketing view, news on demand) you will need to do a lot of manual work in maintaining the subscription information as these systems do not have a two-way integration with PRM.
And they are not integrated with each other either, so you have to constantly update information in each system (unsubscribed, hard bounces).
Not being integrated with their marketing tools, you cannot do proper reporting on partner engagement with marketing (only on engagement within the platform). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Impartner PRM is its seamless integration with our CRM, particularly the native integration with HubSpot. The implementation process—both for the initial setup and subsequent module additions—has been incredibly smooth and straightforward. The onboarding team has been incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth transition and setup. Additionally, the customer success team is highly supportive and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or customization needs.
The platform's customization options are extensive, allowing us to tailor workflows and journeys that streamline onboarding and other operational processes. The segmentation feature is intuitive and enables us to differentiate content based on various partner types easily. Additionally, the Asset Library is visually appealing, supports all file types, and offers some basic cobranding capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have yet to encounter any issues. Everything has been smooth and easy to manage so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you’re looking to make a real difference in your team or division, start with an Impartner module that’ll have the biggest impact on your business. Once you've nailed that, you can easily branch out to build a more complete partner ecosystem.
Impartner enables you to digitize manual processes and set up automated workflows that you can manage independently. Additionally, partners can access and update their own company and profile information, keeping the system up to date Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While setting up workflows in Impartner is straightforward, managing and organizing them can be a bit limited. Currently, the main way to keep things organized is by using keywords in workflow names, which works but could be enhanced with options for grouping and custom columns for better filtering.
For ongoing improvements, especially with updates to partner programs, it’s helpful to have a Sales Operations team member who’s comfortable configuring both your CRM and Impartner. This can make adjustments smoother and ensure the system stays aligned with program needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone who has limited access to developer support, I appreciate the ease of use of the widgets/tiles in their Partner Experience (PX) format. This has been super helpful as we build out self-serve support for the longtail of our partner ecosystem. We can easily develop landing pages that provide information, guidance, and links for next steps for our partners. We've also envisioned a very robust partner program, which requires tracking many different types of activities. Impartner is the only platform that is really equipped to allow us to customize the experience to fit our exact needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The formatting tools in PX could be more robust. For example, when setting up the co-branding templates, there is no option for adding hex codes for color options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had a fantastic experience using Impartner as our partner portal solution. The UI is clean and intuitive, which makes it incredibly easy for both our team and partners to use.
What really stands out for us is how well Impartner meets our needs. It integrates seamlessly with our systems, and the customization options have allowed us to make the platform feel like our own. It's really helped us streamline our partner management process.
What we appreciate the most is Impartner CMS and support team. Anytime we've had a question or needed assistance, they've been super responsive and always helpful. You don’t always get that level of support with other platforms, and it’s made a huge difference for us.
Overall, Impartner has been a perfect fit for us. It’s a pleasure working with a team that truly listens and cares about helping us succeed. The platform has been reliable, easy to use, and a great addition to our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Access to the support/success portal via the prod environment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how it quickly intergrates wth ease with Salesforce. Easy to navigate and a walkthrough to our Partners is hardly necessary because of how user friendly it is. Especially because I have Prue to assist me whenever I need guidance on Something Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't dislike anything, I would just hate to delete something that's linked to SFDC and then the whole account is deleted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a very easy to use platform that doesn't require code or any advanced technical skills. Workflows and approval processes that are fairly easy to build and manage allow you to automate and track business processes related to your partners. The ability to create custom objects and easy sync with several CRM's is great. Support is fantastic and very responsive although they do charge for some things that, in my oninion, should be included with support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some clunky features that are better in competitive products. Reporting, for example, is terrible. It is not intuitive at all and extremely complicated. They just rolled out a BI-type analytics tool that looks good but costs extra while basic reporting is, in my opinion, unusable. It's easier to export data or bring it into an different system of record to get at what you need. There is also not the same level of customization that is available in other platforms but it might be totally fine for some partners who don't require that level of customization.
It would be nice if they also included field-level security/access that was more than just member/anonymous/admin. I have some admins that SHOULD NOT be able to change some things but I can't get to that level of granularity. Then again, adding features like that risks usability and compromises simplicity.
