Love the concierge service to set up the automation of email and social media. Since our blog is incompatible with automation, obtaining content to paste in is easy enough. I gather what matches the running campaigns while on a call with my account rep and a blog can be added in 30 minutes or less. My account rep is top of their game with excellent follow through.
Our contacts come from active connections only (I don't purchase lists,) but the info is being read and getting follow-through. The social media and blog activity is helping our site to be found and contacts made from there. My PSA tool automatically updates the lists used for automation and segmentation.

Sometimes the blog content has spelling, grammar or punctuation errors. When there is an issue, support has not always been as responsive, but my account rep has gotten things sorted in the end.

The most helpful thing about Mindmatrix is marketing consultant, Himanshu Rana. He always takes the time to answer any questions we have about our marketing campaigns. He offers the best advice to help drive more people to our website and increase our customer base. I wish it were possible to bulk edit some client info. For example, if we have a salesperson leave and need to reassign the contact to someone new it can be time-consuming to go in and change them one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Definitely like having a consultant who understands how the software works interact with us on a regular basis - this forces us to work on marketing even when we feel we are too busy to give it proper attention. The automated system makes it easy to setup up and run campaigns. Pre-written social posts, blog posts, and emails save us time and effort. Content groups are sometimes named in ways that make determining the underlying content confusing. Blog posts usually need tweaking to make the wording / syntax sound "professional", and sometimes contain obvious typos, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MindMatrix has excellent content available for utilizing within a company that does not always have time to create the content themselves. They provide helpful monthly webinars, great customer service, and make every effort to meet requested deadlines. The tracking of client information for Sales and Reporting purposes is invaluable. Not having the ability to re-activate social media accounts automatically is always a bit burdensome. There is nothing I can point to that is good or better than any other free platform out there. I am suspicious of reviews that say the platform is great. They must not actually use it. The only thing that is mildly acceptable is their drip campaign builder, though it is not intuitive and hard for non-tech-savvy people to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You will spend 3 times as much time creating an email campaign than any other platform. There is limited flexibility in building campaigns and any personalization is rudimentary at best. Sometimes it takes awhile for leads to percolate but that's expected. If the rep you are using does not stay on top of the campaigns, your scoring drops off and you can easily lose hot/high interest leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
