I have been using Milanote for a few months already and this is a game-changer when it comes to taking notes and collaborating with a team. It has become an essential part of my daily tasks, planning, and process mapping to ensure that I am able to finish given tasks properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the only thing that I don't like with this tool is that there is a payment to fully use it. However, It's not really that bad. Good things come with a price and that's fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Milanote is an amazing tool to organize and scale up the clarity of ideas and make sense of them as they grow.
Milanote's flexible drag-and-drop interface lets you arrange things in whatever way makes sense for your project.
The interface is intuitive, easy to navigate, and I find everything I need quickly. Can't wait to see what Milanote holds next! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Milanote is just fantastic. There are many examples of creative projects, but I would argue that it is amazing for mind mapping business operations, strategy, and change.
Milanote scales startups and could offer credit to all verified startups around the world. This program could be geared toward new startups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the appearance - it makes it feel like I'm bullet journaling and I love that the boards can go as long/wide as you need them to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were a few more tools of things to drag onto the board. I also wish the search tool worked better (clunky to use). And I wish the columns made sense when viewed on mobile, but the order moves around. I only use it on desktop now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Milanote is one of the cleanest, most user-friendly project and content management systems I've had the pleasure of using to create and manage social media calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of its functionality is lacking (specifically the inability to track edit history, which leads to clients being left off of boards due to lack of trust), and on the mobile app there are some content restrictions which makes native TikTok and Instagram posting inefficient. Easy for remote people in different timezones to keep up with what's going on, without the chaos of an online whiteboard. Keeps you thinking about website design 'on the rails'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Seems to lack some flexibility (that's the price of creating an environment that's especially good for one thing, I suppose). As an example, when I create a link on a board, I want to *name* the link but I can't. That seems like a no-brainer. And when you get stuck on something like this, there isn't a super-flexible way of redefining 'link' so that you can add a title for the link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Visual note adding with a very minimalistic menu which adds so many possibilities. Just a perfect merge of functionality, user-friendly interface and simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it is missing the calendar feature. you can create a template that looks like a calendar and can be used in some way but it's definitely missing feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Milanote is an incredibly robust and competent app, endowed with all the necessary tools to register and communicate ideas on a moodboard. The simple way you just drag elements onto the canvas and modify their properties is amazing.
Support for various types of media, which can also be dragged with a few clicks, makes the experience much more complete.
The option to create multiple boards within a single account and then share them gives me great flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have nothing to complain about this app (so far). I can only think of the many good points and wonder why I didn't discover this tool before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love being able to add pictures and links. It's great for everything I need to organize and perfect for collaboration. I also love that it's web based so I don't have to take up room on my computer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd love to be able to set up notifications. Other than that, I have no complaints. I just wish more people knew about it since it's such a fantastic way to organize everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When it works, the clean, uncluttered web interface lets me store and retrieve details for social media posts in a simple, convenient way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've run into several issues: One, as you add content, Milanote slows down to nearly unworkable speeds. Two, with updates existing data was reformatted in ways that you can't undo and impedes being productive. Some of the updates have been sloppy for long-time, existing users like myself. Third, compared to alternatives, it's expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ability to manage projects while also making your progress aesthetically pleasing. It allows you to brainstorm and be creative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free version is very limited. Milanote should increase the number of boards and content you are allowed before having to upgrade to the paid version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
