The best thing about the Azure Virtual Machines is there's no need to purchase and manage the physical infrastructure and it can support various operating systems like Linux (ubuntu), Windows, macOS etc. It supports multiple versions of OS as well helping us to choose the most appropriate. The drawback of Azure Virtual Machines is that it requires to be managed by some professionals, like server monitoring and patching. - Facing any issues with any of the implemented solution? Just get in touch with Microsoft support (you need to have the basic support plan) and they will help you to sort out the issue in the best way possible.

Network timeout for consumption based logic apps, Azure Data factory, then even if we contact the support, there is a high chance that the support team may not be able to provide you detailed log info, and you have to implement a retry or some sort of workaround.

Different Groups we need to create for access control which is I feel needs to be improved a bit. This process of adding users to the existing group can be improved. For a user outside from a group is very difficult sometimes to access files from Blobs.
