What do you like best about Mercury?

No limitations on services, min amounts, and ease of use. I love that even international wires are free. important to know that it's easy to start and begin working with this bank in a matter of days or sometimes hours. there are no branches as it ancient times vising bank branches. Everything must be online this is why I choose mercury Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mercury?

I dislike that mercury still doesn't have the acquiring and service to charge customers with a credit debit card. It creates unnecessary steps of creating invoices and waiting for customers to pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mercury solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of use of online banking is a huge advantage. ability to start fast and no limitations and annoying fees are so important for the start of the business. Online support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We'll definitely let our users know if we're able to shorten ACH timelines in the future as we certainly understand the importance of being able to move funds quickly. For now, if you have payments that are urgent or time-sensitive, domestic wire will be a faster alternative transfer method (delivery within 1 business day).

What do you like best about Mercury?

Mercury has been amazing and flawless for me since day 1. I have never had any issues and the few questions I've had have been replied very accurately and promptly. I would recommend it with no reservations to anyone looking to start business banking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mercury?

Mercury being rather new is very streamlined and therefore the features have been getting implemented. I would like to see more features such as the request pay since that allowed me to save a lot of money with my more trusted clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to have a real US Based Bank Account for my business without needing my presence in the country. It allows my business the thrive in every sense of the word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
